How Long Will My Lapse Effect Me

How Long Will It Be Until My COBRA Benefits Take Effect?

If I send payment for my COBRA premium (say, today), when can I reasonably expect my insurance coverage to go into effect (or, be reinstated, however it may be that this works)?

I would really appreciate any guidance on what to expect. From what I understand, although I will be reimbursed for any expenses normally covered by my insurance that I incur while not technically covered under my insurance, I have been told it is a huge pain to get the refund from the insurance company (I have a prescription that needs to be filled in the next week and a half, or so, which is why time is such a factor).

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me with this!!

How long will my birth control take to be effective again after a five day lapse?

I was on a birth control pill (monthly, and taken VERY regularly) for over a year and a half. The pharmacies I got my prescription from were unable to receive these pills for five days, which caused me to miss five days of pills. I was wondering how long, now that I am back on my BC how long it will take to be fully effective again? I know that I should use a condom as an extra measure of precaution, but I want to ensure that my BC is working again in case of (rare chance) a condom breaking or sheer negligence on our parts (not using ulterior protection).

How long should you record a time lapse for?

It really depends on what it is you are recording. If you are recording something like a sunrise or sunset, you might need to shoot for an hour or so. I like to shoot for 24 frames a second, so if I wanted it to be 10 seconds long, I would need to take 240 exposures over my event time. If I was shooting for an hour, that would mean 1 exposure every 15 seconds. Here is a link to a calculator to help you find what your shooting interval should be:Timelapse Calculator | PhotoPillsIf you are shooting any event in which light will be changing over the course of the event, (such as a sunrise or sunset) it is very important to keep your camera settings in mind. If you set you shutters peed, aperature, iso right on at the start of your lapse, you will find the images at the end to be very over/underexposed. I have found the auto settings on most cameras to be too inconsistent to give you a smooth lapse. To fix this, you will need to look into something called “exposure ramping”. All this means is that your camera can change these settings smoothly over a given time. Ways to do this very a lot, and are very dependent on what camera you shoot with. When I was getting in to this, I had to purchase an intervalometer that was capable of controlling all of those settings. If you are only planning to shoot events that have constant static lighting, you can basically ignore this whole paragraph. If you do need this, I would recommend looking up how to exposure ramp for your particular camera.

How much time does it take for paracetamol to take effect?

Initial symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, shaking, dizziness can onset within 1hr-4hrs depending on dose however, The main problems with Paracetamol overdose don't really take hold until about 24 hours after ingestion. It is strongly advisable to seek medical advice as soon as possible as damage to the liver is a very real and serious problem which can have agonisingly painful side effects. It is not a quick transision and can take up to 5 days to sucome to the effects. A 24 hour course of a drug called parvolx needs to be administered via intra venous infusion and close monitoring by medical staff is required. Although fatal overdose is possible as a result of paracetamol OD, it is not the drug which is the primary cause of death but problems associated with OD Levels of paracetamol. The liver can break down paracetamol but it takes time and resultantly 'clogging' it. Damage to the liver is the main cause as it is unable to filter toxins, break down nutrients and break down other compounds found in the body.

How to speed up a video, faster than iMovie will let me, time lapse style in iMovie?

Using Imovie, or any Video Editing Program for that matter. If the program does not make the clip go fast enough for you, simply make it as fast you can, finish editing and adding titles and effects, make a file, reload that file back on Timeline and simply make it go faster. Make a file and reload it and apply the effect as many times as is needed. Speed is effect that can be done that way. If you want your titles and such not to sped up, then put them on the video in one of the later runs through the NLE Program

How does long-term time-lapse photography place the camera precisely enough to make a smooth video?

Pretty simple really. A rock solid foundation for the camera, and a rock solid surface for that assembly to sit on. The main enemy of this solidity is wind. In practical terms this usually means a large and heavy tripod with a rigid head not given to the slightest flex regardless of what gusts may assail it. Additional steadying weight may be hung from the underside of a tripod's crown to anchor it as much as possible in gusty conditions. So the kit needed to achieve good results reliably is of necessity heavy stuff, which is a downside if vehicle access is an issue. Small cameras catch less wind than do very large ones because of their small area offering less "sail" effect to the wind. All that said, if conditions are relatively calm surprisingly excellent results can be obtained through the use of a Go-Pro tiny camera on a suitable tripod, or substitute such as a screw in/clamp bracket to a fence post or a tree - or any substitute offering a sufficiently rigid mounting foundation. GoPro limitations include distortion of subject matter by the very short focal length of the lens- bordering on fish-eye view type. The field of view of these little "action-cams" is usually around 170 degrees; at a guess that might approximate to something like 15mm in 35mm terms, which is pretty extreme wide angle if the entire sensor's area is used.

What is the longest time lapse you can take with the built in iOS camera app?

There is no limit to the length of a time-lapse video you can take. You can do it until your battery dies. If you plug it in it eliminates the first problem. You won't run out of space because the iPhone uses dynamic deletion that deletes frames the longer you take the video to keep the final video between 5 and 40 seconds. So if you recorded a 2 hour time-lapse you'd still end up with a 40 second video. I'm not entirely sure if that works indefinitely but if it does you could plug your iPhone in and take a time-lapse forever.

I had a re-lapse of dengue (which was earlier wrongly diagnosed as viral). After a week at ICU I am home.?

OK...YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT...IT IS AN TYPE OF VIRAL FEVER
1.WE USUALLY SUGGEST RICE GRUEL ALONG WITH SOME BOILED VEGETABLES TO OUR PATIENTS
2.OIL RESTRICTION AND SPICE RESTRICTION FOR A MONTH
3.VITAMIN AND MINERAL SUPPLEMENTS ARE VERY ESSENTIAL FOR THE TIME PERIOD
SO ,YOU CAN TAKE ZINCOVIT CAPSULES FOR 1 MONTH .IT HAVE NO SIDE EFFECT.IT SHOULD BE TAKEN AFTER THE FOOD IN THE MORNING.
4.YOUR BODY WILL BE ELIMINATING THOSE TOXICS PRODUCED BY THAT VIRUS,THROUGH THE KIDNEY..SO WATER INTAKE OF ABOUT 3 TO 4 LITRES IS ESSENTIAL .

HOPE..THESE HELP YOU

What are the side effects of high blood pressure medicines?

Use a weekly (or monthly) pill organizer. Such a pillbox not only can help you sort out the medications you need to take, but also enables you to check whether youve already taken a dose. Instead, just take your next scheduled dose. When you travel, make sure to pack an adequate supply of pills in your carry-on luggage, purse, or briefcase in case any checked luggage gets lost. Also, bring some extra pills with you in case your return home is delayed.
