Is it good to take vitamins, fish oil, and Biotin capsule at one time?
Biotin is one of the 13 vitamins humans require. Actually, Vitamin D is more properly a hormone, as our own body synthesizes its own. That might arguably trim the number down to 12. By ‘vitamins’ I suspect you mean a multivitamin pill, which may or may not include biotin.I see little harm in taking these three supplements together, except perhaps to your wallet, as they have no known benefit to human health when taken in pill form. With any reasonable diet you get all needed vitamins from your food; and fish oil is easily obtained from…oily fish. Salmon steaks, anyone?Bottom line: there’s no need to buy these pills in the first place.
