Usually skin that sit on bones or thin skin hurts worse than fatty areas (like your back or upper arm) so this tattoo will most likely be around a 7 on the pain scale (10 being highest). 10 would be your foot or armpit area, from experience those hurt like shat. For any tattoo it takes 2 weeks to heal. The first week it will scab and peel and the second week your skin will grow a protective layer over your tattoo. You don't want to wash it constantly only when you take a shower and remember to only use your hand over your tattoo when applying soap and to pat it dry. Cream should be applied as needed in a thin layer so air can get to your tattoo and help it heal. I use aquaphor for my tattoos which is a healing ointment that was recommened by several artist. The best advice about creams/ointments is don't listen to anyone who says neosporin or healing ointments will not work for tattoos. People will say neosporin will extract ink and won't let your tattoo breath that is 50% true and 50% false. Any creams/ointments if applied to heavy it will extract the ink from lack of oxygen needed to heal. always put a thin layer of cream/ointment over your tattoo. I hoped this helped

This absolutely depends on the artist doing the work and the actual design of the sleeve.It can also depend on things like how close you are to the artist and how long you will be able to sit for in each session.I'd say 20 hours is the absolute minimum if the design is something close to traditional (standard lines with bold simple colours), a detailed sleeve (both Black and Grey or Colour) could reach up to 60+ hours across many sessions.Your best bet is to ask your artist for an estimate, but even then some will give you their honest opinion that it's extremely tough to tell.
