How Many Calories Does This Burn Atleast Take A Look

How do you burn 1000 calories a day?

Well, any extra calorie that you could burn should come from exercise. Unless you live in a very, very, very, cold place, that is (you need around 5000cal/day to survive in the poles, for example).Since I'm guessing penguins and polar bears aren't part of your local fauna, you have two options: low intensity/many hours vs high intensity/fewer hours. 1000 cal could be a lot or a little depending on your level of fitness. For example, an athlete could easily burn that and more in one training session or competition. If you are a complete novice, chances are you don't have the stamina to burn that much.Either way. With low intensity exercises (like walking, slow jogging, any activity were you can sing while doing it) it could take you up to 4-5 hours to burn that much, if not more. With high intensity (running, plyometrics, HIIT, it should be almost impossible to talk at all while doing it), it could take you 1-1.5h, if you train to your very limits, a little more time if you are more energy conservative. Bear in mind that this is more easily said than done. Not everyone has the time to walk around for 5h, but not everyone has the condition to work out at high intensities for 1h. This could be very dangerous if you are a novice. And even if you have are experienced, working so hard for too long (1h intense training/ 3 times week/ more than two months) could lead to fatigue and injure. If you aren't on your 20's anymore, your best call is asking your doctor before starting any training programĀ  (and even if you are a teen or in your 20's, the doctor is always the wiser).Good luck and stay healthy.

I know it's 60 days but you should see differences in the first 2 weeks

How many calories do you think is burned...?

It depends on your age, height and weight to determine exactly how many calories you are burning but serious manual labor such as landscaping can yield like 250-350 calories and hour = 2,000-2,800 calories in an 8 hour day (assuming you are working your tail off all 8 hours). That number can vary dramatically depending on the initial factors. Assuming you were young and approximately 150 lbs you can estimate that a hard 8 hour day would yield 2,500 calories. Maybe you could provide more information like on a scale of 1-10 on the intensity of the work as well as factors of age and weight.

I hope this helps! It should at least give you an estimation point. Make sure you are drinking lots of water while you are working at this intensity.

Is it possible to burn 600 calories in one hour?

the first person is right..... your not going to gain weight from eating 600 calories..... you have to eat 3500 calories more than your metabolic rate to gain a pound.....

anyway, several things you could do, depending on if you have equipment or not. treadmills and elliptical machines can burn 600 cals in one hour quite easily. you could probably burn 800-1000 if you had one of those and worked out intensely enough (i did 45 minutes on elliptical yesterday and burned 700 calories)

no equipment? do this: you dont even need to go outside or buy anything and its pretty intense

go to a staircase in your house/building, for 2 minutes step from the floor to the second step (both feet) without using your arms to hold the railing, then step down, repeat. a healthy person should be able to do this 50-60 times in 2 minutes.

rest for 30 seconds.

for 2 minutes, alternate reaching your left arm to your right foot, and right arm to your left foot, while keeping your back and knees as straight as you can

rest for 30 seconds.

do the stairs again.
if you do this circuit 4 times, you'll be sore as hell and sweating profusely. and it totals 20 minutes of cardio, which is the minimum
