How Much Are The Taxes In San Antonio Tx Las Vegas Nv And Los Angeles Ca

Homelessness: How much money do beggars/panhandlers make an hour?

As you might have guessed - it depends, on quantity and quality of the social encounters. The latter is far more important.1. Location (Quantity)The place with a high amount of pedestrians isn't the best. Quality wins over quantity.Begging is more worthwhile in a relaxed environment, as opposed to a stressful one. People who have time, are more generous than people who are in a hurry. (Nice weather enhances this)It's beneficial to stay at one place. Loyalty to location increases trust. (As opposed to being a vagrant)Pedestrian areas are the only game in town. As a beggar, you want a pedestrian area for several reasons:It's usually a shopping mile, people have cash handy and are willing to spend that money.Juxtaposition between neediness and shop windows increases chance of pity.No road traffic, people are more relaxed. The LegendUsually told with a cardboard7 ScenariosSince the question asked for specific hourly rates, let me introduce you to 7 small scenarios, conducted by 12th graders of a German high school. They created 7 beggars with 7 different legends. These legends were delivered with a cardboard and through conversation. All scenarios had roughly the same exposure (daytime, pedestrians).1. "Have phone debt. Please help!"2. "Give me a chance for a new living"3. "Fallen angel begs you for donation"4. "Jesus lives! I'm praying for you"5. "Got nothing! Don't know where to go!" 6. "I want to SURVIVE"7. "Young couple (soon with child) begs for help"Results(Ages of donors were partially guessed)You can interpret this yourself, but what clearly stood out was 5. "Got nothing! Don't know where to go!" Besides the astonishing amount of 23$ tax-free/hour, she also got business cards, coffee and a TV interview. Half of her time she was involved in conversations.Good Samaritan StudyBettelarm (German)

How long does it take for regular mail to send from Austin, Texas to San Antonio, Texas on an average schedule?

It depends on where you mail it from. If you mail it from a home mailbox you can give it two full business days. If you drop it at a corner mail box like the big blue ones that are on the corner around most towns you would have to drop it before 5pm since the post office usually collects the mail from these at or around 515 pm. only . This would also be a 2 business day delivery. But if your drop it in the corner box after 515 pm THEN you can count on it taking 3 business days since it wouldn't be picked up till 515 the following day.The only way in Texas to make sure you get it there within 3 days with out paying express shipping is to deliver it to the post office where it will more then likely be processed and sent out within a few hours. What happened was a few years ago the USPS started breaking up the places where mail was sorted to save money. Great example is in Conroe Tx. If you mailed a letter from Conroe to someone in Conroe it goes to Houston by truck to be sorted and then brought back to Conroe for delivery. This makes the time to get a letter across town almost three days. I'm sure there is some kind of system in Austin or San Antonio that is set up the same.So if I was mailing a letter from Austin to San Antonio I would just count on 3 days to be safe. It would be 2 more then likely but if I had to plan on trying to mail something that had a time restriction I would definitely plan on 3 days just to be safe.
