You likely brun about 1850ish calories a day with those stats. Subtracting 500 calories a day from how much you burn a day would equal 1 lbs lost per week or 1000 clories less for 2 lbs. Same goes for gaining weight, adding 500 to however much you burn in a day would make you gain 1 lbs a week.. You should never try to lose more then 2-3 lbs a week.

Um... but since your so small already I think you just try to lose 1 pound per week so you should take in 1350 calories a day... Dont want to starve yourself.
