How Much Do You Want To Bet That Three Years From Now Lebron Is Complaining About His Teammates

Who is a better basketball player: LeBron James or Kobe Bryant?

In terms of stats (P/A/R), Lebron James looks better than Kobe Bryant. In terms of marketing value, well, Lebron James has a lot of catch up to Kobe Bryant. Lebron James surely didn't capture as big a fanfare as Kobe Bryant.I think ultimately, basketball is largely about entertainment. Kobe Bryant surely wasn't as efficient as Lebron in all categories. However, most of the value of Kobe Bryant has to do with watching him play. Anybody who is objective enough, will agree that watching Kobe is a hell lot more entertaining than Lebron. Why? Kobe tends to force bad shots. But on TV, bad shots, if made, become mind-blowing amazing shots. There are so many examples of Kobe forcing some bad shots then they went in and the commentator goes nuts. Those NBA moments are surely what defined the NBA: "Where amazing happens". In that respect, Kobe sells the NBA much better than Lebron. Well, Lebron is amazing too, but of course, he's not as entertaining because most of the time he scores by bulldozing into the lane. Now, Kobe also inspired more kids and adults than Lebron. Why? People, streetballers who want to emulate some good player, they go for Kobe, not Lebron. Why? To play like Lebron, people need to have some crazy bulky build along with amazing speed. Not a single person in NBA has that amazing gene Lebron has. But to follow Kobe seems much more possible: just practice fadeaway, pivot foot, basically, learn his arts. People only need decent physiques to learn after Kobe. That's why his fanfare is so great. It is much easier to find a random guy on the street wearing Kobe's jersey and trying his moves than one wearing Lebron's jersey.Another reason why Kobe may be better than Lebron overall is again: legacy. 5 champs, life long Lakers, never ditch Lakers even when they were craps (the 2004 - 2007 and this recent periods). Lebron kinda threw himself some bad press after he left Cleveland for Miami, it's impossible to undo. Furthermore, we don't know if Lebron can last as long as Kobe. So, with all those analysis, probably Kobe is a better player.Update: after this 2018 2019 season, I have seen how Lebron is so lackluster on defense and suddenly his PAR stats really diminish in values to me. So in my opinion, Kobe is also better in his will to play lockdown defense, which is super physically demanding, not recorded in stats sheet, but absolutely important for winning.

Trade a teammate in my career NBA 2K14 PS3?

-___- if you don't play the game don't answer. Down the line, when you gain trust and become the star of your team, you get the option in GM Sit Down to complain about a certain player on the team. During the interview, your GM asks you is it a situation that needs to be resolved by shaking up the roster. You say yes, he says you're the star of the team and the building block and if you feel a certain player doesn't fit, he'll make a move. You also get to pick 5 players, any player, at the end of the season for your franchise to go after. But you can get people traded. You have to say you don't get along with a certain player.

Who is really better, LeBron James or Kevin Durant, and don't count the rings?

LeBron JamesI'll be totally honest with my answer. I'm a Kevin Durant fan but LeBron is actually better than KD.These are the things that make him betterLeadingLeBron is an excellent leader, he both plays well and can take out the best from his teammates. KD can't lead. Two way playingLeBron has been the best two way player for quite some time now, at this moment Kawhi might be a little better than him though. KD on the other hand has been a very good two way player for a season or two. He is still behind than LeBron on this category.Clutch ShootingBefore coming to the GSW, watch how KD did during the clutch shooting. He missed so many times. Why? Because he knew that he didn't have players like Steph or Klay to score if he misses. That fear got him and he missed shots. Now at the GSW, he knows if he misses, Steph and Klay are there to score, he can be fearless while shooting and he fires three pointers. On the other hand, LeBron can be fearless and score on the clutch shots.Physical StrengthLeBron is older than KD but still he is a player with better fitness than KD. I mean he plays an average of 44 minutes per game in big matches!Mental StrengthLeBron has an ironclad mentality. It takes a lot to break him, KD’s mental strength is very little to less. These are the things that make LeBron a better player than KD. Although LeBron is better overall but KD is better than LeBron in some areas.Three Point ShootingKD is a fantastic three point shooter and definitely better than LBJ in this area.Effortless ShootingCompare KD's shooting to anyone, see how effortlessly he shoots and scores. This is a dangerous skill/talent.Note: I love to see both of them playing, I enjoy the rivalry and friendship between them. I'm a GSW fan and my most favorite player is KD, people may call him names but I love his playing. I liked him even before he joined GSW.

Would a 29-year-old Kobe Bryant win against a 29-year-old LeBron James? Why? What about Jordan when he was 29?

Here's what we think we know: you'd rather have Jordan or LeBron on your team than 29 year old Kobe. Because 29 year old Kobe was prone to making bad choices, was overrated, disliked by his best teammates, uninspiring to those playing with him, and really, really hated by his coach. From USA Today:But don't let those numbers fool you. They're not telling you that at that time, Kobe was being run off his team, had three titles without having won a Finals MVP, was seen as completely selfish, and wasn't considered a top shooter. LeBron on the other hand had already transitioned his game into being a defensive powerhouse (in top five for DPOY), was chief distributor on a team with two other score-first All Stars (Wade and Bosh) and was considered a great teammate.By contrast, here's what Kobe's coach was saying about him in his book:"You can't be a selfish player and make this offense work for the team's good. Period." When I opened the floor to comments, there was complete silence, and I was about to adjourn the meeting when Shaq spoke up. He got right to the point, saying, "I think Kobe is playing too selfishly for us to win." That got everyone fired up. Some of the players nodded in support of Shaq, including Rick Fox, who said, "How many times have we been through this?" No one in that room came to Kobe's defense. I asked him if he had anything to say. Kobe finally addressed the group, and in a calm, quiet voice he said he cared about everyone and just wanted to be part of a winning team.I wasn't pleased with the meeting. I worried that having everyone's complaints on the table without any resolution would have a negative effect on team harmony. In the days that followed, we lost four out of five games, including a 105-81 "massacre" by the Spurs in the Alamodome. One night that week I had a dream about spanking Kobe and giving Shaq a smack. "Shaq needs and Kobe wants -- the mystery of the Lakers," I wrote in my journal.Phil later went on to say that he tried talking team owners into trading Bryant in an effort to save the team. This is pretty far from what coaches and owners say of both LeBron and Jordan.
