Unfortunately, they usually do a credit check on a brand new contract and they can't legally do that until you're 18. If you have a parent as a co-owner they may be able to make an exception because the decision would be based on the parents credit. So in a nutshell: 18, if it's on your own.

Everytime I'm on the phone with anyone over 4 hours 1min and 34 seconds it automatically hangs up I have a new iPhone 5s with a T-mobile contract my mom didn't set up a call time limit or anything how can I fix this
