How Much Space Is Each Yahoo Mail Account Have Access To

It is likely a scam. You can tell by seeing the URL for the link that was sent. It may look similar but actually be quite different than the real URL you use to access your account. As long as you do not click the link and then enter your real password you should be fine. This is what they are phishing you to do. Click THEIR link and then they get your password associated with that account. As long as you didn’t do that you shouldn’t need to reset your password even as no hack has actually taken place as yet. Always access your account only from the link you generally use. Never use a link that has been sent to you. They can make it look like the original but really are just enticing you to give them your password. That goes doubly for any banking site.

How much free space does Yahoo Mail provide?

As of long ago -- it is UNLIMITED.

If they ever decide to change that policy, I will be in trouble!!! lol

WOOPS -- I just remember a glitch in taking advantage of that
opportunity -- if you want to review all "photos" or "attachments",
then if you have TOO MANY then the delay will be forever.
That is my situation , so I don't use that feature.

Memory size in a Yahoo email account?

Dear Sirs,

I am receiving quite numerous emails into my Yahoo Email account mentioned below.

I have been saving these emails under the different folders in the same Yahoo account for my reference as & when I need them.

I have the following questions to check with you :

(1) How big memory size in Yahoo have I been allocated for my email account with you including all the folders that I set up to keep these emails?

(2) How can I check regularly how much memory size have my account taken up in Yahoo and how much left before my Yahoo account runs out of memory space to continue to operate?

(3) How can I copy or export these email records into my PC hard disk so that I can reduce the memory space in my Yahoo account? I need to manage my account memory space before it runs of space and come to a point where the memory is full & I do not know what to do.

(4) What is your recommendation for my above concern? I do not wish to lose my emails and I would like to continue to use my Yahoo account with you.

Thanks & Regards
Jeffrey Tan

How to know how much storage space I have in my yahoo mail account?

It will not show anything like that. The storage is unlimited. You do not have to worry about storage space.

Because Google already has the growth and customers it wanted but Yahoo is in a state of resurrection to bring back customers.I completely agree with Christian's answer below. 1 TB is absurd amount of space to store stuff online even now in the current age when storage is damn cheap.Basically Yahoo is following the same strategy that Microsoft followed with Skydrive / Onedrive.Quoting from wikipedia's OneDrive page,On December 2, 2008, the capacity of an individual SkyDrive account was upgraded from 5 GB to 25 GB25 GB was a huge upgrade then with competitor like Dropbox offering just 2 GB . But the difference was Dropbox had the customers but Microsoft didn't. Just like Christian said, 25 GB is just virtual space when the average user used less than a GB. This is just pure marketing to pull in customers. But once they got the number of users they wanted this is what happened. On April 22, 2012, Microsoft released a SkyDrive desktop app reduced the free storage space for new users to 7 GB (from 25 GB). Existing users were offered a free upgrade offer to retain their 25 GB of free storage. The reason given by Microsoft is outlined in this graphAnd it remained loyal to already signed up customers by saying they can upgrade to 7 to 25 GB for a limited time. And of course even now this 25 GB is just marketing and mostly wouldn't exist physically unless the user used it. So Microsoft got what they wanted, they used 25 GB strategy to bring in more people even though as per current market people wont use more than 7 GB (or even 1 GB) even though they didn't have 25 GB physically available for each user. And once the storage became cheap, they can afford to increase again which is what Microsoft did.In June 2014, it was announced that OneDrive's default storage would increase to 15 GB—putting it in line with the amount of storage offered by its competitorGoogle Drive. Learning from its success with Skydrive / Onedrive, Microsoft is now using the same strategy to increase Office 365 customers.http://blogs.office.com/2014/06/...Now you should understand why Yahoo is offering 1 TB of free space for Yahoo mail.
