How Much Weight Could I Lose In 7 Weeks

How much weight can i lose in 7 weeks?!?

First of all, let me say that your approach to this is WONDERFUL. You're getting off to a great start and it looks like, with the mindset you have, you'll be one of those people who honestly changes their lifestyle and keeps the weight off for good.

Now, all of the things you've put down are great. No late-night munchies, trying your best not to skip any meals (skipping meals slows down your weight loss!), and doing an exercise program that's very reasonable and you should be able to stick to without killing yourself..

I'm going to have to guess on this, because I don't know the details, but going by the stats you gave on your age/height/weight and how much exercise you'll be doing, you'll be burning around 2200-2400 calories a day. If you only eat 1500 calories a day, you'll be losing as many as 2 lbs a week. So in 7 weeks, you will be more than halfway to your goal of 25 lbs, and will already look and feel great!

My only advice would be to really monitor how much you take in (you don't need anything fancy, just scribble down the calories and fat grams of each meal on a sticky note/a text editor on your computer/on your calendar), and also monitor how many calories you burn (doesn't have to be exact, your treadmill/bike will give you an estimate).

At the end of each day, add up how many calories you ate that day, and then subtract how many you burned. So, if you ate 1500 calories and burned 250, you're at 1250 for the day. As long as the number you come up with is under 1800, you've lost weight that day. I've found that a rough monitoring of calories like that really helps with a sense of accomplishment and keeps you from losing sight of the fact that you're making progress.

Good luck, I'm sure you'll do great.

How to lose weight in 7 weeks?

i'm an 18 year old girl, 5'2'' and around 150 pounds. apparently my healthy "ideal" weight is between 115-125. i'm already at risk for some health issues because of heredity, so i want to lose this weight as soon as possible so i don't have all the health problems everyone else in the family has. also, spring break is 7 weeks away and i'm going to florida and i would really like to look AMAZING 'cause i might be getting my senior pictures done down there on the beach. :)

so...i need a plan that can help me lose as much weight as possible in 7 weeks. i'd like to lose between 20-25 pounds. so i need a diet to go on, vitamins/supplements i should take, and a work out plan. thanks!

How much weight could I lose in 3 weeks?

I know, bit of a silly question as I haven't said how I would lose weight and all the other factors etc, but how much do you think I could lose? I'm 5 ft 7" and weigh 10 stone 5lb !
No stupid answers please, its a waste of your time and mine !

How much weight can I healthily lose in a week?

You can, lose a lot of water initially in a diet, but I'm going to ignore that and instead assume you're talking of actually reducing body-fat and not just weigh less because your body has less water in it.There's two questions here really. How much weight can you lose in a week, and how much should you ? (i.e. what's possible vs what's healthy)A average adult male might burn 2500 kcals a day while sedentary. It takes a deficit of about 7000 kcals to go down in weight by one kg, so simple math says eating nothing for a week will result in about 2.5kgs of weight-loss. Plausibly with a lot of exercise and zero or extremely low energy-intake, something like 4kg in a week would be possible. (but not healthy !)Eating nothing while exercising hard for a week isn't reasonable, sustainable or healthy. And there's no reason to. Unless  you are very much overweight, 0.1kg/day rate of weight-loss is sufficient to drastically change your body in a few months. That corresponds to about 35kg or 70lbs in a year.To do that you need to be about 700 kcals short a day. For example the average adult male I talk about above could add 250 kcal/day worth of exersice while reducing his energy-intake to 2000 kcal/day.Even this is a fairly rapid weight-loss, especially if you're not very heavy to begin with. I think if you weight less than 90 kg/ 200 lbs, then aiming for 0.5kg/week is probably better than 0.7kg/week.

How much weight will I lose by not eating for a week?

I did this once, well I didn’t eat for 10 days. I made sure to keep pretty hydrated and probably excersised about 1–2 hours on average a day. I lost 5kg and I also lost my period. I didn’t notice any other physical changes although when I did start eating normally again (because I didn’t have an eating disorder but a more complicated psychological problem) I gained back all of the weight I lost in about a week, eating normally so about 2000 calories a day because of messing up my metabolism.I wouldn’t recommend doing this as after a few days I stopped feeling normal hunger and instead would get extremely painful cramps and pains in my stomach for around 15 minutes a couple of times a day. I got out of breathe from even walking, was very dizzy all of the time (honestly surprised I didn’t faint)They also wanted to send me into a hospital but luckily I started eating again so avoided being an inpatient. All in all you probably shouldn’t do this but if you do I lost about 5 kg but I don’t know if you would loose a similar amount or not

Can I Lose 22lbs In 7 Weeks?

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at

Good luck!

How much weight can I lose in 10 weeks?

I think it depends on the effort you put into it! It's been said about 0.5 to 1 kilo per week is healthy but you can lose more if your diet is on point, you exercise a lot, or take great weight loss supplements. I know of some excellent weight loss supplements that are derived from plant based ingredients with no chemical additives, and they work. Let me know if you want more info.In saying that, if you're the 15 year old that posted twice on the same subject, I won't be recommending supplements. Stick with a strict diet and exercise a lot. Drink a lot of water, half your weight in ounces every day.

If i dont eat anything for 2 weeks how much weight will i lose?

5-7 pounds if you don't exercise 20 min daily.

9-12 pounds if you do exercise daily, but it really depends on the type of workouts you're doing. Cardio will burn the most calories.

You have to be careful with dieting because when the body senses a decrease in food consumption, it will hold onto the fat cells as a source of nutrients, which will make it very had for you to lose weight.

I recommend doing a colon cleanse if you're interested in losing a lot of weight. I did it for 3 weeks and lost 32 pounds. Basically, you are fasting and drinking only a lemonade beverage which you make yourself. You also have to drink laxatives and do a salt-water flush to increase your bowel movements. During this cleanse, no solid food can be eaten at all. The lemonade will have enough nutrients that your body needs to function, and the best part is that you don't feel hungry.

The recipe to the lemonade:
8oz artesian water
2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Drink 6-10 glasses a day.
