If by “scope creep” we mean the discovery of previously unknown scope or use cases or features or stories, then it is a good thing for the product.Scope creep in this sense acknowledges that we don’t know all of the scope or nuances of the desired product at the outset of product development. As we learn that previously undocumented features are being requested by stakeholders, we should ideally also be learning that some of the previously documented features are either not required or less critical than some of the newly discovered requirements. This is important, especially assuming fixed time and fixed budget constraints that accompany most if not all projects.Therefore, the key with handling scope creep is to acknowledge it while also looking to de-scope other requirements so as to keep the project on-time and on-budget. This activity is commonly known as scope tradeoffs. And this is what makes scope creep not only viable as opposed to undesirable, but “a good thing” because it allows you to include the most desirable features for a given timeline and budget. How do I use my telescope eyepieces?
I assume the K20 is a 20mm Kellner, and the K9 is a 9mm Kellner. With that 900mm focal length telescope the K20 eyepiece gives 45 power, the K9 gives 100 power. The X3 barlow is used in combination with one of the others to triple the magnification of the eyepiece alone, so K20 + X3 is 135 power and K9 + X3 is 300 power. Don't bother with the Barlow. Take my advice and just use the K20 alone until you get good results. It will be much easier. It isn't a great telescope but with the K20 it should show craters on the Moon, the moons of Jupiter, the rings of Saturn, the phases of Venus (and Mercury, if you can ever find it) and some of the brighter deep sky objects like the Orion Nebula. The Moon is really easy. Practice pointing at the Moon and getting sharp focus with the K20. If you are good at that try planets or star clusters, or higher magnification with the K9. I wouldn't bother with the Barlow at all. 100 power is about the highest power that will give clear images in such a small telescope.
Help with daisy pellet gun scope?
You have to "zero" the scope so that the cross-hairs are centered over where the pellets hit. The basic process is fairly simple. From a bench rest (not offhand, kneeling, sitting, or prone), shoot 3 shots at a target at a known distance (I suggest no more than 50 feet). Once you see where the rifle is consistently hitting, use a screw drive to adjust the scope left or right, or up or down. Then fire another 3 shot group to see if the cross-hairs are now pointing where the gun is grouping. Repeat until either you get all the shots in the 10 ring or you're happy with the result.

Air rifles tend to be very particular about the pellets they prefer, if you want to get the most out of your rifle, once you have it sighted in. Get several types* of high quality pellets and see which are the most accurate. Beeman, RWS, JSB, H&N are all excellent, RWS has a sample pack with 5 of their most popular pellets. *Dome, Pointed, etc & different weights(gr). I would not go with flat(match) pellets unless you only intend to shoot at targets(10 meters). If you do want match pellets, IMO the best are Meisterkugeln If you're sighting in a spring piston air rifle you are much better off using a rolled up towel rather than sandbags or any type of solid rest. Find the balance point of your rifle and place that point on the towel. Your rifle should only lightly touch your shoulder. "Hold" is very important when shooting spring piston airguns. If you try to put the "death grip" on one you will ruin it's accuracy. For the right handed shooter, find the balance point of your rifle with your left hand. Do not grip the forearm or your rifle, it should rest in the palm of your hand. The butt of the rifle should be held as lightly as possible against the shoulder while still maintaining stability. After that it's the same as with a regular firearm. sight picture, control your breathing, trigger squeeze.
How do I calibrate my telescope's finder scope?
It is easiest to do this during the daytime (don't aim at the Sun, of course), because targets at night will move during the calibration, while daylight targets will remain static and give you more time to do the procedure without re-aiming. Set the scope up during the daylight. This is a good time to become sufficiently familiar with the various controls that you can find them at night. Use the lowest power eyepiece that you have. Now set up the scope so that you can see a distinctive object on the horizon. It should be easily recognizable, but as far away as possible. You will notice that the image is inverted. That's normal and nothing to be concerned about. Set the focus so that the image is clear and sharp. Once you have the object well centered in the eyepiece, lock the scope so it won't move inadvertently. Now you can look through the finder and adjust it until it is centered on the same object. There should be some independent knobs that can center the cross hairs or red dot on the target without moving the rest of the scope. Once that is done, check to make sure the eyepiece view is still centered. At this point, your eyepiece should agree with your finder. Do not alter the focus setting. Once darkness falls, check out the easier targets first, like the moon or Venus. You may have to tweak the focus or the finder slightly, but you should be in the ball park, so to speak.
