To get taller she has to sleep alot because you grown in your sleep mayb she could try doing volley-ball or basket ball but i think she does not sleep enough.

Is 5.10" tall enough for a guy to become a model?

Modeling as a career is no different from being an Engineer or a Doctor in its most essential sense ! But yea you got the looks too.Your worth relates with the acceptance definition of attraction in general, and you may be an ideal statement for only one feature of the human aspects of sensuality.I will first start from answering your doubt - Yes the height you mentioned is not much of a problem.but,Model in the industry is a term that relates to a live mannequin who could walk, talk and can impress the audience who would then associate the charm with the products he was displaying. If you are looking for some good assignments in runway, criteria will be height sensitive and any random profile as a runway model will be around 6.1'. Models with promising features(hands, smile, eyes) but failing the 6 feet bar can go for Print assignments or TV commercials. Industry has accepted models as tall as 5.8' with respectful assignments on the basis of their strong features. In conclusion, I could say 5′10 is a print model segment.

How tall do you have to be to become a model? I’m 15 and 5’5. I dream of getting a contract with IMG models.

IMG’s London females are, with very, very few exceptions, at least 1.75 m (5′9″).Dress size is almost invariably between 4 and 8 (UK)That is the target physique at 16.I am currently mentoring a 14 year old who is 5′10″, UK dress size 6–7, and my team and I are aiming for submission to specific major agencies this summer after her 15th birthday, and we are already planning for her younger sister. At 5′5″ now you would be struggling on height unless one or both of your natural parents grew quickly in their latter teen years. Please do not post a photo of yourself here (because of your age), but feel free to drop me a private message. Do tell your parents before you do so. They need to be aware of what you are doing.Barney DouglasHangleton Lane Studio

Do you have to be tall to model?

Not necessarily everytime. There are many production houses that needs short models for certain kind of shoots. Also it's not necessary that you need to be thin as VS models because again there are many production houses that takes plus size models. Same goes for guys as well.Models can be for print, electronic media and ramp. For ramp, you need to be tall and thin. For girls: 5ft 6 inches above and for guys: 6 ft is the standard height. The reason why models need to be tall and thin is that a thin person looks better in a designer dress than a thick one and also people don't always like thick skins. Being tall is important as because the dresses are made as per the tall girls/guys.For print, it's not necessary to be tall. Production houses takes girls with shorter heights as well. I'm a print model. And they say for print one just needs an attractive face and body should be appealing. For electronic media, the commerical industry, it's not necessary that one needs to be tall.I'm 5′4 and 33–24–36. Lol. Good luck!

How tall do you have to be to be a model?

There is no height requirement to be a model. I am 4′10″ and I've been somewhat successful (more less, depending on what you consider successful). The height requirement tends to be a factor when you being looking for agency representation or working in mainstream fashion or other situations where you'll be modeling clothes. This is because garments tend to be made to fit a specific height and body type. The designers aren't going to make 10 different copies of the same high fashion garment to send just in case the model is a different size.If you are looking into joining an agency, they should be able to guide you to their requirements, but I believe the minimum is usually around 5′7″ or 5′8″ for women. There are some exceptions, of course. But if you want to do another sort of modeling, for example, I do art and glamour modeling, there is no height requirement. It's more a matter of your look, your skill (posing, taking direction), and how professional you behave.

I am 13 and if I wanted to model how tall should I be and how much should I weigh.?

umm honestly i dont think modeling is a good idea. i am 15 and i have been around the industry most of my life bc my mom is a model and i have modeled some myself but i dont think its a good idea to get into until after your threw with education (bc its very distracting) and its definitely not a good idea if you have low confidence or selfesteme. bc no matter how pretty you are or how skinny you r you will always be criticized. the criticizem has never bothered me that much bc i really dont care what ppl think but i have watched my friends slowly kill themselves in there attempt to be "perfect" which is entirely impossible. so ya i dont think its a good idea but im not saying you shouldnt try it if you want it that badly ... and if you do dont worry about height and weight. i have found that thats not exactly a healthly mind set.

sry this is so long .. i feel kind of strongly about this :)

Why are most models tall?

First of all - and this is important. It has nothing to do with aesthetics, attractiveness in photographs, or any of those subjective things. Not at all.So sorry that people think that. The reason is when a designer starts to work on a dress, he has no idea if the dress will sell or not, only that he wants to create it.So a model is brought in as a mannequin for the designer to work with. Most of them are thin and 5′8″ - 5′11″. And all the designers use the same size models (the reason for which will become apparent in a moment). The designer and his/her team then make 2–3 and up to 5 or so dresses to be seen on the runway. The runway is where the buyers see the dresses and decide if they want to order them, and in what quantity. It is important to note that no designer goes out and makes 5000 copies of a dress based on the idea that the buyers will indeed buy them. Not in couture - and couture is what we are discussing.Once the buyers see the dresses (fashion weeks in NYC, Milan, Paris etc) they place the orders and the dress is then made in different sizes and quantities to fit the order. So that means the same dresses have to go all around the world and fit every model on every runway show. The dress you see in Milan is very likely to be the very same dress you see in a Vogue editorial. So the model must fit the dress, not the other way around. Fashion agreed on the taller women because they are more visible on the runway. And all designers use the same parameters so all the models must be able to fit every dress.THAT is the reason they are tall and thin. If they were all sizes, it would make it nearly impossible to ever get the collection shown. It really is not a bias against short models, it is a business decision based on a simple math. Eliminating the variables in model size and height makes it so much easier to bring the work to market.Commercial talent can be of any size and height, but - and it is not fortunate or unfortante, it just is, couture models must be tall and thin.

How tall should a 14 year old model be?

14 is a bit young to become a model but it's 5"8 minimum for print work, 5"9 for catwalk.
