So i was just wondering if there is anything I should be looking for and what this could do to a car. Its a bmw model is 582i and im just concerned. Any answers would help!!! Please.....

What do you think about Donald Trump saying, “nobody thought this could happen,” when he saw the fire damage in California?

He is grossly ignorant. This happen every year in California, even before the native Americas lived there. You can see this in the ecology that is fire adapted. Many California native specie are fire resistance and some even depend on fire for prorogation. We even use commonly use the tern “fire season” for the time of year when fires are common. It is clear that fires on a large scale have been happening for tens of thousands of years, or likely much longer. What is different now is that people like to build homes near open and wild places and in mountain canyons. There is nothing wrong with being ignorant. But you’d think a president would have easy access to experts and that he would listen to them. But in stead he literally said that if people had raked up the leaves there would not have been a fire.. Statements like that are astonishingly ignorant, possibly crossing over to insanity. For the non-locals, these forests are miles and miles deep, mostly “tackless” with no roads or trails, just wild land. Who in their right mind would hike miles and miles into the mountains with a rake? Even worse these are evergreen forests that don’t drop leaves in the fall. Then he talks about “mis management” of California forests. But again because of gross ignorance he does not know the lands are all managed by the federal government, he has been in charge of this federal agency for the last two years. If it was mis mangaged it was his own guys who did it.Again he is surrounded by people who know all this, you’d thing he would ask for advice but no. He continues to guess and just make stuff up.

What is the best thing that could happen to anyone?

The “best” thing that could ever happen to me, is happening to me all the time! But I must continually sharpen my senses (including this vague sixth sense) so I can perceive what is REALLY happening every moment.EXAMPLEI’ve been obsessively answering questions on Quora (over 300 in the last 10 days!), but I must make an effort to REALLY understand what is going on here.To do this, I generate several hypotheses:Quora answering is a fun “hobby” that sharpens my writing skillsQuora enables me to “meet” really smart peopleQuora drives me to make explicit my expert knowledge, so I can compile my answers into an ebook, or several, and sell them on Gumroad in order to generate passive income and live happily ever after! My point is, at least for me, the “best” thing that happens to a person is not always clearly labeled so.We have to make an effort to REALLY understand what is happening, and make the best of it.Indeed, things turn out best for those who make the best out of how things turn out.

What would be the worst thing that could happen to the USA?

Aside from natural disasters overwhelming the country, I believe government collapse would cause suffering that most of us can’t imagine. Both could happen. We can’t fathom the amount of money our government owes, and it keeps borrowing with interest. Imagine a crazy banker lends you more money than you and even your children can ever repay. Eventually the interest payments will become very large. Imagine our government being able to make only interest payments and cannot afford anything else no matter how much taxation it laid on the wealthy. We now take for granted government services that, if not supplied (paid for), would cause widescale chaos and much violence. Some time ago in Argentina, a person would risk death via mob just by cooking food because hungry droves of people could smell it. In the US, we’ve already had people looting and setting buildings on fire, and they weren’t even starving. There’s some talk about having a “jubilee” because individual debt is out of control especially subprime car loans going into default at high rates, student loan debt (ditto), etc. If those debts are “forgiven,” there will be a chain reaction because somebody has to take the financial hits. The near-collapse in 2008 pales in comparison to the domino effect from jubilee on just student loans and subprime car loans. And by the way, our health care system is not sustainable, either. Nobody has enough money to fix it—not even our wealthiest who seem to be expected to foot the bills. That’ll require a rough adjustment. As I think Scarlett O’Hara said, “I’ll think about that tomorrow.” That is us.

What is the worst thing that could happen to a woman?

Every person is different. I do suspect that if you asked 10000 men and 10000 women this question, you'd get some similarities (death of a spouse/child/friend/pet/self; inability to conceive; loss of income; loss in general) across the groups (as well a lot of differences.)I'm actually similar in that regard. For me, personally, the thing that haunts me is loss of intellect. The absolute worst thing that I can imagine happening to me is dementia/altzheimers. I have as many safeguards in place as I possibly can to preserve my memory (that's entirely the point of Evernote) and my diet basically consists of foods that are proven to enhance brain function (and little else - I literally couldn't care less about the rest of my body.)The thing is, it's also an entirely unrealistic fear that I have. In the entire known history of my family, only one relative succumbed to dementia, and that was because she never read, never left her home and never even watched television. She simply didn't use her brain at all so it stopped working. My family is full of sharp-minded, long-lived people. It doesn't even matter at what level the intelligence. To me, the brain is the most important thing a person has, and the only thing that we can truly use from birth until death.Beauty fades, Strength weakens, and anything external (people, pets, material goods) is ephemeral - but our minds can continue to be sharp and alive right up until the end.I'm frightened constantly that I'll do something to screw that up.

What's the worst thing that could happen to a child?

In the last week, two of my sister’s friends have been stabbed to death. One of them was on his way to a corner shop, and decided to visit the memorial of another knife victim on the way. When they saw him, they just set upon him. His mother, his sister and his brother were watching through the window of their apartment, helpless. How the fuck is this happening? How are there 6 stabbings in one night within a mile radius?Something huge needs to be done, and I’m not talking about by the police. It’s this crippling boredom which the stupidity of our generation sees as an opportunity to end lives. It’s an attitude change we need, and we need it right fucking now.Right now, having seen the impact on people’s lives, I would be fine with locking these little shits up for life. The worst thing that can happen to a child is lying, bleeding out on a street corner at 8:30pm, or watching your big brother slowly passing away like that.Or leaving the house every morning into a warzone, and wondering if this is the night you’re not coming home.Enduring bullying and threats by these gangs just so that they don’t attack you.Fuck this shit.

What would be the most devastating thing that could happen to the solar system?

What would be the most devastating thing that could happen to the solar system? That could happen? In the universe, anything could happen. A quantum portal can open up, transfer a supermassive black hole from the centre of Triangulum into the middle of the sun. Or some kind of alien invents a super Death Star designed to blow up not planets, but the solar system. But let’s be plausible here.Sun reaching end of lifeCentauri Star System comes close enough to significantly perturb planetary orbit.Pluto bumping into Neptune (orbit shown below), which bumps into Uranus, which bumps into Saturn, and so on.(See that point when Pluto and Neptune coalesces?)That’s all I could think of, at the moment. Let’s address each of them.Sun reaching end of lifeThis will undeniably happen, and when it does, very bad things will happen. Sources present differing statistics, but one conclusion is very clear; planets within and including Earth, and possibly Mars’ orbit will be swallowed by the sun.“But wait”, you say, “The other planets like Jupiter and Saturn aren’t harmed”.That wouldn’t do. No problem, though! Simply wait another billion years or so, when our Sun literally explodes and becomes a Planetary Nebula! Then everything would be gone!Centauri Star System comes close enough to significantly perturb planetary orbit. This is a bit of an iffy. It could happen, but there is a contemplative chance that it could happen. Within the Sun’s lifetime, stars actually did come close enough to influence planetary orbit. Obviously, since we’re here today, the stars didn’t come that close (close enough to alter inner planets’ orbits), but there’s always the chance that something could go awry and … there we go.Pluto bumps into Neptune, which initiates a chain reaction as shown above.Okay, this is also really iffy. If Pluto hits Neptune, (which in itself is a one-in-a-quadrillion event) there’s a tiny chance that Neptune would go barreling into Uranus, an even tinier chance that Uranus would hit Saturn, and such a minuscule chance that the whole Solar System would line up and be smashed that it’s negligible. It’s still food for thought, though.Cheers!!

What could happen to Kashmir eventually?

While I strongly feel that the biggest losers of the conflict in Kashmir are Kashmiris(including the Pandits) themselves,it it therefore very important to stop the militancy in Kashmir as soon as possible and try to reach out to people from the valley and listen to their problems regarding the Army,AFSPA etc.BUT giving away the state would be a blunder because of 4 main reasons-Giving away what we have maintained as an integral part of INDIA would showcase the nation as weak and indecisive. As Mudit rightly pointed out, this could probably initiate a chain reaction of sorts where separatists,Maoists and all these elements would get a kick-start and they will up their demand for independence like in Khalistan,Nagaland,etc..As we all know about the threat that our neighboring country's army posses. While we hope to have friendly relations with the government of Pak,it's it also true that we can hardly trust the Army, and giving out Kashmir would mean losing control over our natural mountainous borders and that would give the Pak Army an edge.  The land which we may give out as free Kashmir could also possibly become new breeding grounds for terrorists and terror related activities(ISIS,AL-Q,LeT,IM,or any ISI-proxy)just like parts in Pak or borders of AF.We should be extremely careful not to let that happen.Today they speak of carrying out jihad in Kashmir, tomorrow they would say let's do jihad in Delhi.

What is the worse thing that could happen with using contacts? Should I get them?

I am a worried bug. I wear glasses and definitely want to get contacts. I know I shouldn’t focus on the negatives, but I do haha. I know they require responsibility and work. But what’s really all I need to know and dangers I should avoid?

What is the best thing that could happen in your life right now?

It’s a long story …..One day I got vexed with my sister and kept a restrictions passcode to Mom’s phone (technically , We use it at more than our mom ) ……All was good for a while …..Me and my sis forgot our fight and one day while we were munching our mom cake and started scolding why a RESTRICTIONS passcode was kept on HER phone…..I was speechless , trying to remember the passcode (Well I forgot that :p) ……Then my sis , in a sly manner, started the blame game…..We had a heated argument ( she said I keep forgetting everything )and I shouted at her saying that I will remember that passcode at any cost …..That was 6 months ago …..and today ….finally !! I CRACKED the code ….! ( A YouTube video helped me ;) )Took two long hours for me ……I was spellbound and excited …..well my mom’s in a seminar now …..I wonder what her reaction would be when she comes home…..Finally I have sense of accomplishment after that look on my sister’s face…!!Precisely this expression!
