Can I return a cashier's check to its sender?
So I found a roommate on Craigslist for a room in our house. She's a foreign student from Paris, France. She told me her dad would send a cashier's check for payment because she's still out of the country. It included payment for the deposit, rent, and payment for her car to be delivered overseas. I received the check today, I haven't gone to the bank yet. This is the email she sent me: Hi, Good morning and how are you doing this morning?, hope you all is fine at your end...The payment will be delivered has been delivered to you this morning, and here is the Fedex Tracking # (**) for the payment...you can simply have the number provided to you track at www.fedex.com to know where it was delivered to. Once you have the check with you, go straight to your bank and have the check deposited into your bank account or have it deposited through your ATM. After getting that done, calculate your one Cost and withdraw $1,750.00 cash for my car....go to a walmart store with the cash and use money gram to wire the fund to the car dealer information given below.. The car is coming with all the necessary paper and it's a (car model). How will I know if the email I sent is already seen?
This all depends on the platform you sent the message on. If through an autoresponder such as Aweber or Getresponse, you can check to see if the message was opened and even if your link inside the message was clicked on. Don’t think there is an option if you are simply sending someone an email from a free service such as Gmail.
Can I delete an email already sent before it is read by the receipient?
No. Once it's sent, it's gone. IF you have Outlook, you MIGHT be able to retract it by opening the email in your Sent folder, then clicking Actions | Recall this message.

How can I cancel email I just sent?
In almost all circumstances, you cannot cancel an email message once you have sent it. Is there a way to delete a sent email from match.com?
I accidently sent an email, when I delete the email, it gets disappeared from my outbox/sent item but the user still gets it (tested by creating a new account). This is really important, did anyone able to completely remove an email? Thanks

It is never too late to find out if your Yahoo! email has been read by the recipient. Send the recipient a second message, and ask if they received your first message, for example.Standard internet e-mail does not contain mandatory read receipts, so tracking if a message has been read relies on side-effects of reading the message. Sometimes, such side-effects are provided by the mail client software explicitly (e.g. Outlook allows viewers of messages to return a read-receipt, if the senders of the e-mail requested one), and other times such side-effects are provided implicitly (e.g. an HTML-format message being parsed that includes resources such as a CSS or image or JavaScript routine from another machine).You have already sent the e-mail message; if you retained a copy of this message, it can be analyzed to see if it contained any trackable elements, and then logs of the system which serves those elements may contain information allowing the deduction that a message has been read.Alternatively, if you have a legally compelling reason, then a suitable legal document (e.g. subpoena) may be served against Yahoo!, whereby their own logs indicating that the mailbox they host can be acquired to determine when the message you sent was fetched by any mail client.
