How To Control My Bp Level Naturally Without Tablets

How i control my uric acid without taking any medicine ? What should i take in my food ?

Uric acid is a chemical created when the body breaks down substances called purines. Purines are found in some foods and drinks, such as liver, anchovies, mackerel, dried beans and peas, beer, and wine. Organ meats, alcohol, and certain types of fish contain high levels of purines.
Most uric acid dissolves in blood and travels to the kidneys, where it passes out in urine. If your body produces too much uric acid or doesn't remove enough if it, you can get sick. High levels of uric acid in the body is called hyperuricemia.
Normal Results of uric acid-blood:-
Normal values fall between 3.0 and 7.0 mg/dL.
Greater-than-normal levels of uric acid (hyperuricemia) may be due to:
Acidosis
Alcoholism
Diabetes
Gout
Hypoparathyroidism
Lead poisoning
Leukemia
Nephrolithiasis
Polycythemia vera
Renal failure
Toxemia of pregnancy
Purine-rich diet
Excessive exercise
Chemotherapy-related side effects
Gout is a disease hallmarked by elevated levels of uric acid in the bloodstream. In this condition, crystals of monosodium urate (MSU) or uric acid are deposited on the articular cartilage of joints, tendons and surrounding tissues. It is marked by transient painful attacks of acute arthritis initiated by crystallization of urates within and about the joints and eventually leads to chronic gouty arthritis and the deposition of masses of urates in joints and other sites, creating tophi. Gout results from a combination of prolonged elevation of uric acid and overall acidity in the bloodstream. In isolation, neither elevated uric acid nor acidity is sufficient to cause gout

What are some natural ways to control blood pressure?

What happens when a group of overweight Americans eat their normal unhealthy diet and exercises as little as usually? Bad stuff, right? What if the same group ate a handful of specific nuts daily without changing anything else?Good stuff: Their blood pressure and cholesterol dropped, their insulin sensitivity improved, their blood insulin levels dropped, and their beta cell function improved.Tufts University scientists recruited 59 subjects, with an average age of 59, who were all overweight or obese and had an excess in belly fat but were otherwise free from heart disease or diabetes. In other words, they tested the effects of these nuts on the people most likely to develop these two conditions. They then provided them with meals that looked very much like the typical American diet: low in fruit, vegetables, and fiber; and high in carbohydrates. As such, they tested the effects of these nuts on people with an unhealthy diet. They used two diets:– The typical American diet,– Or the American diet with 15% of the calories replaced with pecan nuts. All their participants had four weeks of each diet (total 8 weeks). When they were on the pecan diet, almost all of the markers associated with diabetes and heart disease improved.Their blood pressure and cholesterol dropped, their insulin sensitivity improved, their blood insulin levels dropped, and their beta cell function improved. Therefore, with just a small dietary change, they could reduce their diabetes and heart disease risk. This study is important precisely because it shows that we do not need to be super-motivated to be healthy or adopt a whole new diet and include strenuous exercise program, which most people cannot bother to do.But if you really want to bring your blood pressure below 120/80 – starting today, do the easy 9 minutes blood pressure exercises found here…[1]Footnotes[1] Blood Pressure Exercises VSL cb

Can a blood pressure of 150/100 be controlled without medication?

Things that cause high blood pressure:1-Obesity. The pressure on the kidneys from abdominal fat, and also just the metabolic changes with obesity cause high blood pressure. Losing weight can control blood pressure without meds.2-Alcohol. If you are a drinker, stopping drinking can control blood pressure without meds.3-Smoking. Obviously. If you ever injected nicotine into a lab animal, you will realize what a hell of a bad substance this is. Stop smoking and you can control high blood pressure without meds.4-Sleep apnea. One of the number one causes of difficult to control high blood pressure is sleep apnea. Treat the sleep apnea, the blood pressure goes down without meds.5-High potassium diet. Not eating vegetables? Well, that is a problem. Eat the high potassium diet (assuming your kidneys are okay!!!) and you can control blood pressure without meds.6-Sleep hygeine. Inappropriate sleep habits, night shifts, swing shifts, inadequate sleep can all cause high blood pressure. Get the proper sleep and you can control blood pressure without meds.7-Exercise. Regular exercise, (assuming you are okay to exercise) can reduce the blood pressure without meds.8-Stress. Constant stress can activate hormones that cause high blood pressure. You can meditate to reduce blood pressure without meds.9-Sodium. But you already knew that. The vast majority of people, if able to follow the above recommendations, would be able to lower the blood pressure somewhat, possibly even to completely normal levels. But some would still have high blood pressure requiring medication. Sometimes it is just genetics. But you will never know until all the above issues are resolved. Of course, most people just want a quick fix in a pill, so I do applaud you for seeking other answers. Controlling your blood pressure helps decrease your risk of heart attack and stroke and kidney disease and peripheral vascular disease. Follow up with your doctor, obviously, because the first step is getting a diagnosis, with the appropriate blood tests. You may also wish to invest in a home blood pressure monitor. If you do have high blood pressure, it is often reasonable to take medication as you work towards making lifestyle changes.

Can you lower your blood pressure to normal without taking medication?

It's unfortunate she won't take medication as that is the quickest way to get her BP and cholesterol into normal ranges. Some of the things that can be taken to change both those conditions include garlic, fish oil and niacin; drastically changing her eating habits, and getting lots of exercise. You say she's lost 15 pounds which is a good start, but it also sounds as if she's already slacking off if she's saying she'll work a little harder at it later.

Checking labels is a huge eye-opener! It really is amazing how salt-laden our food is. She really needs to restrict her salt intake as much as possible. She also really needs to watch her saturated fat intake, too. With her cholesterol and BP numbers as high as they are it will be hard to get them to come down without medication.

If you want to impress upon her the gravity of her situation, ask her ONE TIME ONLY if she has life insurance and/or a prepaid funeral plan. You sound like you know how to do that without sounding nasty, but she needs to realize what she's doing to herself and her family.

Good luck!

How to lower blood pressure without medication?

So i've been told I might have a potential high blood pressure problem as it is in my genetics and my blood pressure is 134/84, it's not too bad, but i don't want it to get any higher.

My doctor advised me exercise and diet are key and told me a few exercises to do and to go low on the red meat. I've practically cut out salt and meat from my diet now and i try to run about a mile a day.

What other exercises/diet techniques do you know of that can help prevent high blood pressure or lower high blood pressure? I want to make sure I don't develop a high blood pressure problem in the future, what steps must i undertake to prevent this potential issue?

Thanks Yahoo answers :D

How can I lower my blood pressure without medication if the pressure is like 140/99?

Just one marginally elevated blood pressure measurement tells me nothing, from e.g. the 1980 Australian Therapeutic Trial in Mild Hypertension even after four measurements done on different occasions classified as too high, many after that (fifth and later measurements) had results that were lower than the cut off values for the trial, so weren't included in the trial group, that just shows that before diagnosing high blood pressure one needs to have one's blood pressure repeatedly measured first, at the least on 4 different occasions. But here goes:These non pharmacological measures have been proven to be effective against high blood pressure (evidence based):very little alcohol (≤2 U/day), no binge drinking, none is even betterlose weightcutting down salt intake to 3 grams a day has been shown to be effective in salt sensitive high blood pressure patients.  Less than 3 grams/day in recent studies has paradoxically been shown to lead to more deaths!regular exercise two to three times a week for 35 minutes at sub-maximal level as measured by one's heart rate, with a warming up and slowing down of 15 and 10 minutes before and afterwards will lower systolic blood pressure by more than 10 mmHg.  Subjects studied did it on a stationary bike.relaxation exercises, effective even after 5 years as long as one continues to do it.disputed: eating lots of garlic and other onion like vegetables.  The present day literature doesn't support this, older literature does.Drinking lots of coffee doesn't cause hypertension, as we for decades had wrongly assumed.A properly measured blood pressure isn't just one measurement, you need to repeat measuring (using a validated blood pressure monitor, otherwise a wast of money and time since you don't know what the measured values really means) at least three time, in the proper way, the values within less than 5% of each other, usually two, are deemed useful, the mean of these two values is the true blood pressure at that moment.A list of validated blood pressure measurements can be found on Page on dableducational.orgFor people over 40 only having an isolated diastolic blood pressure (and normal systolic blood pressure) leads to no negative health consequences so need not be treated see The Journal of Clinical HypertensionAll the best!
