How can I convince my parents to let me hang out wih friends?

Most of the parents thinks the same because they care for you and love you more than anything and you know very well in teen ages parents thinks that their kids will get bad people company and will suffer from bad habits. They never let you go with your friends for outing because they are unaware of your friends and their might be some trust issues. For this you need to win the trust of your parents, that you and your friends are not doing anything wrong on behalf of them and will harmful for you and for them. Secondly, There should be no communication gap between your parents and your friend because they must know with whom you are going for outing. For this you should do the regular interaction of your friends with your parents. If they people find your friends trustworthy then they will definitely let you go.Love your parents!

How do I get a bird of prey as a pet? I’m interested in falconry, and want a hawk or an eagle.

Oh dear God no. You don't. If you're even asking this question, you really, really don't want, and in any event aren't prepared to handle, a bird of prey.Birds of prey are cool. They are also very dangerous, very powerful predators with a fearsome arsenal of weaponry and very small brains. My partner Zaiah’s father is a falconer. He got out of it some time ago, because it's an expensive sport that demands you do a lot of training and maintain a lot of equipment for the questionable benefit of dealing with unruly, bad-tempered animals that will gleefully injure or maim you for the most trivial mistake.Last December, he found an injured Harris’s hawk, which he rescued and rehabilitated. Now, the Harris’s hawk is often considered a docile, forgiving, and generally pleasantly-disposed bird of prey, for a bird of prey. That qualifier is important. This particular bird was quite lovely, no doubt about it. It was also aggressive, foul-mannered, meanspirited, and needed to be treated gingerly and with suitable protective gear.It was quite lovely, but honestly, I wouldn't go into the same room with it. Call me a coward, but I'm quite attached to my fingers and eyes and would prefer to keep them in their accustomed places in the same quantities I was born with. Gorgeous animal, but I'd sooner walk into a room with an exposed core of a nuclear reactor—you need the right clothing in both instances, but the nuclear core isn't going to get it in its head that it doesn't like the way you look or smell or move and decide to come after you.If you're “sorta interested,” don't. A bird of prey is not a chinchilla. You have to go all in if falconry is something you want to do, and that means understanding that you're embarking on a huge commitment of time, money, equipment, training, and space to engage in a high-risk hobby with temperamental, aggressive animals that can and will do serious injury to you if you slip up.(If you're wondering about the hawk, he kept it for about four or five weeks until it recovered and then released it. It still makes occasional appearances on the property.)

How do I convince my family to let me trade in my Mac for a PC?

You want to be an engineer? So, you are analytical, right? Act like an engineer, accountant, lawyer or analyst would, by analyzing your needs in ways your not-so-analytical parents will be compelled to accept.Take a sheet of yellow paper and a pen.No, throw them out.Use your word processor. Write down the pros and cons of the two competing computer systems: How they meet your educational needs or how they don’t. The limitations of each system and their comparable programs, the monetary costs of each, and, the costs of the programs. Estimate how long the two systems will be useful to you for your career and your personal life.Don’t just argue and whine: give them facts and data in a written format each of them can comprehend. If your professors have recommendations incorporate them.If you want something, you need to work for it, like you have so far. Finally, if there are rental, lease, or similar options, evaluate them for the ‘rents as well.Be honest, because you are going to be a professional. Good luck.

How did you get into hunting?

I am an anomaly…Most hunters come from families with deep seated roots in hunting. My father went hunting exactly once and had a…lets say bad experience and never went again. As a youth my brother in law (I am much younger than my sister) took me to a “turkey shoot” basically you shoot a shotgun with birdshot at a paper target and the closest to the bulls eye wins a frozen turkey. I won. I was about 14.Flash forward many years. I was an independent insurance agent. One of my marketing representatives, Rob was an avid duck hunter. We often visited about business. One day I mentioned my desire to go duck hunting after he was talking about his last hunt. He and I went shopping for a shotgun. I felt that the beretta ES100 (Pintail) shouldered the best for me. I bought it. ($700 at the time). He took me to his “Easy lease” in Seagoville Tx. to duck hunt and I was hooked.Since then I’ve killed just about everything with that gun which is legal. I have literally shot a beretta to destruction. I purchased 166 acres of land which I live on. It has magnificent white tail and duck hunting. I own a Lab who is retired (Toby) going on 13 and a German Short Haired pointer (Mrs. Suzie Q).I literally live for it. I work so I can hunt. Sept 1st (Opening day of dove season) is my superbowl weekend. The above photo is last years on my moist soil unit I built for duck hunting on my property.I’ve hunted Phesant in South Dakota many times and once in Kansas. I’ve traveled all over to dove hunt. Quail…I can not remember all the places I have ran Mrs. Q on them. (not much killing of quail just watching the dogs work).I don't really deer hunt anymore. But I love eating them and getting out and watching them in the wild. I’ve had deer so close to me while squirrel hunting I could have grabbed their antler. I have friends who come out and hunt deer and I’m glad they do.Robbie drastically changed the direction of my life with a simple…”Sure, I’ll take you duck hunting.” and I have loved every moment of it. Nothing like a sunrise over a swamp…Cheers!
