How To Demand Money From A Guy

Can someone demand their money back for a used boat they purchased 5 days ago in Texas?

My bro-in-law sold a boat last week. The man tested the motor before he bought it. They have no contract, just signed the title over and took the $$ (a check, which they have already cashed). The man called this afternoon saying he wanted his money back because when he put it in the water it started leaking. He says that in Texas there is a law that saus there is a period in which he can return items. He is dropping the boat off at their house this afternoon. They did not know of any damage to the boat that would cause it to take on water- and they do not know if the man did something to cause damage himself. Does anyone know what they should do in this situation? Are there any laws?

What do you do when a woman demands money after sex?

Something kinda similar happened to me once.
I was living in Atlanta, GA. A pretty young woman knocked on the door to my apartment, selling magazine subscriptions.

She was very frustrated from having walked around all day, being told "no thank you" and having doors shut in her face. She hadn't made a single sale all day.

I invited her in, apologizing that my place was a mess. I listened to her schpeel, but really, I was on a budget, and didn't need any magazines.

She said she really didn't want to hit the bricks again, and offered to clean my whole apartment if I bought 3 magazine subscriptions. That would have cost me some $45, and for less than half of that, I could have hired a cleaning lady. So I declined.

Next, she said she'd do ANYTHING if I just bought the 3 subscriptions. Her meaning was pretty clear. I got TV Guide, Reader's Digest, and Sports Illustrated. She got sore tonsils, and a sore ***.

THEN she informed me that I'd have to pick 3 more magazines, because she was "feeling kind of raped, and didn't really want to have to get the police involved."

Looking back now, I have to smile. But at the time, I was pretty pissed. I added Popular Mechanics, Golf Digest, and some Photography mag to my order.

Except for TV guide, I cancelled them all after the first copy, and got most of my money back. By then, she'd been paid her fee, I'm sure.

Not a single sale all day. HA! I bet she was the best sales chick that magazine company ever had.

How do you ask for money from a guy you are dating?

To stay on topic, here are some shameless gold-digging techniques:Ask for his help to shop. Pretend like your hands are full while shopping and ask him to hold the items you intend to purchase. Walk confidently to the checkout counter and wait to see if he offers to pay.Drop him a hint. Let him know you like something when shopping together. Don't hold back, pick something expensive. Be a proud gold-digger. When he says, “Let me get these shoes for you,” respond sweetly: “Oh, you don’t have to do that you’re so sweet thank you,” and then tell the sales clerk your shoe size.Be the total package. Men spend money on women who are classy. They are attracted to a woman’s warm smile, stylish clothing, smooth legs and a nice cleavage . Your groomed appearance tells him you are a quality woman who is worth pursuing. Oh…but you don't have money to buy classy clothes and make up? Refer to tips 1 and 2.What's that? You don't want to be branded a gold digger? Go get a job.

If a guy earns 100000, how much money will his girlfriend demand for shopping?

Its really tough question. If you believe me it doesn't matter how big is the salary number.  EXPECTATION IS ALWAYS 5X

Can i leave the pizza guys money outside?

Nope

A guy asked if he can be my paypig. I am in need of money. What should I do?

If you want to become a Financial Dominatrix, take him up on it. However…PLAY RESPONSIBLY AND ETHICALLY!Remember, even though he might like the idea of “Wallet raping” or “laundering” (Google is your friend!) such games, extortion, blackmail and coercion are STILL ILLEGAL! Sit down with him. Talk to him and find out what his monthly income and expenses are. DO NOT TAKE HIS ACCOUNT INFO! Instead, work with him to find out how much he can give to you without harming himself and/or those who depend on him. Then, when his and your sfety are assured, and mutually agreed upon… “demand” that safe amount from him.You can use the words, you can call him “my little paypig!” “Walking Wallet” “slut” and/or whatever else gets his motor going. Be haughty. Be demanding (I charge My little slutling $10.00 for EVERY typo he makes in his emails to Me! Subtly, HE can control the amount he sends to Me!!)Keep a calendar with HIS birthday and YOUR birthday and demand “presents” on these days. Be his Bitch Goddess… but above all STAY SAFE and keep HIM SAFE ALSO! Keep any and ALL copies of emails he sends. Print them out and store them in a file. Have him SIGN a paper stating that he AGREES to the terms of your relationship and hang onto it. DON’T DAMAGE HIM and you and he may well play for years.I have two sweet slaves. One is a paypig/slut who never fails Me. I have had him for over 20 years! I love him dearly and he knows it. I treat him like a king… or like sh!t… depending on his vulnerability at the moment. he trusts me and I have never let him down. I am an Ethical Financial Dominatrix and we have NEVER broken the law together. So yes, if he offers, GO FOR IT HONEY! But give him VALUE for his money. Talk to him, deal with him, listen to him, play with him and cater to his fantasies. You’re in for a wonderful ride!

My LPG cylinder delivery guy demands money every time to deliver a booked cylinder. What can I do?

We had a similar problem a while back, it was quickly resolved by complaining to the Gas Marketing company (Bharat Gas)You can call the regional office and hopefully that should be the end of it.If you want to be nasty, don’t give the money and refuse to take the case and complain about the delivery guy. Keep a proof that you were at home at the time of the deliveryLastly- there is very limited incentive now-a-days for gas from the traditional companiesWith no subsidy all the gas prices are about the same

Is it legal for Cylinder delivery guys in India to demand extra money(tip) every time they deliver a booked Cylinder?

No one can force you to give a tip. Even restaurants can't so they add a service charge. Companies charge delivery fees which make up the delivery mans salary, transportation etc. However, while its wrong to ask for a tip, you can't blame him. He carries heavy loads in this heat while we crib about even getting into a non AC cab in this heat. His income probably barely helps his family survive and there's a limit to how long he can do this before his back gives up or he falls sick and cant lift. Its manual labour and not well paid. A small tip wouldn't hurt. He probably has his wife cook on a chulla or wood stove while you use bottled gas. Atleast he's not begging in the streets and is doing an honest job and deserves to live with dignity.

Ladies, why are girls so demanding of guys?

Girls do have a lot of standards, but guys have some too! they can be demanding! but girls are more picky and high-maintinence and demanding. Personally, I'm not demanding. For me, they could be driving an old crappy beat up car from the 90s, have a small income, ok I have to admit, they have to be somewhat good looking, they don't have to have a lot of talent but some would be prefered, I don't care if they are athletic, they really DON'T have to know what to say, because sometimes I don't know what to say etc etc.... don't worry, there are some girls out there that aren't like the ones you described.

What is the best way to ask your boyfriend for money?

Situation 1. You loaned money to your boyfriend, who promised to pay you back.“Hey, [boyfriend], I would like you to pay me back the money I loaned to you. When is your next payday? We can work out how much you can afford to pay together.”Situation 2. You are in need of money for rent, bills or other important payments, and are low on your own funds for some reason.“Hey, [boyfriend], I’m running a little low on money. Could I borrow [amount] from you for [rent/bills/etc] and pay you back when I get paid next?”Situation 3. You want money to buy something.“Hey, [boyfriend], can you give me some money? I want to buy [item/s you want to buy], and I don’t have the money for it yet. I’ll pay you back when I get paid.”Always, always, always, offer to pay back any loan you get. If they then say not to pay them back, you don’t have to but paying them back still might be taken as respectful for their property and their earnings.Never ask for money you can’t pay back within the foreseeable future. Getting money as a gift is fine, so long as you didn’t specifically tell them to give it to you. (Excluding: “What do you want for Christmas?” “I don’t know, maybe just give me some money and I can put it to use on whatever I need down the track.”)
