How do I, as a skinny guy, gain weight fast?

I’ve been skinny my entire life. Like sickly skinny. 104–108 lbs at 6 feet tall. Same weight from like 17–23. This year that changed. I’m currently 122 and started trying about 4 months ago. What changed? I was cheated on by a girl I was with for 2 1/2 years, first relationship I ever had. I was down to 96 lbs having trouble eating cause she was toying with my emotions for 2 months then finally cheated “to wing me off of her”. I stepped on the scale and said I will not let this person kill me….. I started going to sonic and ordering medium peanut butter fudge shakes (1200 calories) within 1 month I was back up to 108 lbs. (Of course I was eating food as well, not just that).# 1 - Track your calories. You think you’re eating enough now, YOU’RE NOT.Google a TDEE Calculator. Find your maintenance calories, and eat 300–500 more than that a day. For example mine is 2200 a day to maintain weight, so I want to be at 2500–2700 a day.#2 - Buy a mass gainer - Having trouble eating? Can’t get food down? You will need this. I use Serious Mass. With 1 scoop of powder and 2 cups of water it is 635 calories & 25 grams of protein. I use 1 1/2 scoops myself. Two of these a day plus eating food and I PROMISE you will gain weight.& Most importantly of all#3 - STAY CONSISTENT. Doing the actual thing is not hard at all, in fact I’ve now been limiting myself on how much I eat so I don’t gain too much fat too quickly. What’s hard is doing it, every, single, day. Even when you don’t want to. Do it.& This one is optional#4 - Start going to a gym. Don’t be worried about how skinny you are. I was 108 lbs hitting the gym with literal skin and bones. How to get thick? Gain weight help.?

Let's start of by saying I'm scrawny. I'm 5'6 and 126 pounds. I do run which keeps me skinny and fit.

However, I want to gain body mass, not necessarily muscle but I can do that later after getting thick.

I want to get bigger legs and arms because I look like a 12 year old (body wise)

What's the best way to get thick and gain some pounds? Are supplements useful? I also want to keep my running endurance and my fitness so eating a lot can't be an option.

I do squats and lift some weight but that only tones my body but I want like more definition.
I really don't know how to explain it but maybe you get it.

You could eat things like pizza, burgers, french fries, donuts, cake, etc.; but it probably is not a good idea to eat too much of that stuff. Milkshakes have lots of calories and might be better..

Will going to the gym help me gain weight?

Eating a healthy diet rich in protein is the key (4–5 meals per day). You being a 5′6″ have a slight advantage i.e you don’t need to aim for 16-17 inches arms for a bulky look. So It will be a benefit when you start bulking.Also according to your question you want to know is gym going to help you in gaining weight. Well, yes it will if you follow the rules and won’t cheat yourself.But gaining weight can be achieved through other processes, start eating as much as you can without going to gym and don’t indulge in any cardiovascular activity. You will gain weight but it will be mostly fats.It’s up to you now, what you want for your self and how you want to get there.

How to gain weight really fast? Any pills that can make me gain weight?

I am 13 and I weigh 90 pounds I think I am 5'3, I am so depressed. Everyone says I am so skinny and its making me so sad.....I just want to gain weight. You don't gain or lose weight fast. It's dangerous.

You didn't mention how tall you are, but I suspect that you're normal for your age.

Remember, you're still growing. You're going to be filling out over the next few years.

How can a skinny guy gain weight and develop a fit body?

So its time to hit some heavy weight training ...At your age my weight is around 49kg and after trying hard for around a year i gained about 15kg  ..having 67kg at current ...total lean muscle ... and six abs too..So first off all you have to make strict desciplanary daily routine to enrolled with in both diet and weight training ..It should contain some heavy .. means really heavy compound exercises and lots of carb-protien diet .. you should able to consume at least 3000/3500 cal a day mostly from clean carb and protien based diet .. and you could not consume such high calories unless heavy weight training. Be clear do not enrolled with Isolation exercises it will contradict your muscle rather than expanding it will tone them ..Train only one muscle group per day .. that way it will help them to recover faster .. as ex.MON : ShouldersTUE : ChestWED : TricepsTHU : Thighs [Its necessary to hit thighs .. so it will boost testosterone level which help to recover quicker and enhance stamina]FRI : BackSAT : BicepsSUN : Abs And after each and every workout drink protien shake ... otherwise as beginner just plain milk with chocolate syrup and a banana.Break down your meal to 6 small meals per day .. and each 3 meal should contain Protiens size of your fist .. like Chicken,fish etcInclude Eggs in your diet like 6Eggs/dayDo not suppliment your body untill you get used to heavy weight training for more than 4 months ... otherwise its just waste all efforts and money.Drink another protien shake right before going to bed .. for first 4 months plain milk would be good enough ..It will show results beyond your expectation .. and after 4 months of strictness.. iam talking about very strict training ... if you willing to go on supplimainting like Mass Gainer or Whey protien ... your body gonna get ripped lean masculine with quality of weight gained .Wish you all d best ..
