How to get a summer body quickly?

You sound exactly like me; I'm 14 years old and trying to finally look good in a bikini this year even though everyone says I'm skinny which I don't think I am. Anyway, I just started this last Saturday lol, but I've been going on the treadmill for 1 hour a day, in two 30 minute sessions. I burn about 300 calories per day doing this. That's not much, but honestly I've just been walking for 28 minutes then running the last two minutes each session. I burn about 160-180 calories each session doing that, so maybe a little bit more than 300 calories. Anyway, you need to slowly stop eating the junk food. It was hard at first for me, but over the past few months, I've learned a LOT of self control when it comes to food. Don't drink ANY soda though. Soda is my worst enemy; I take one sip and legit my stomach bloats as though I ate 10 slices of pizza. Do not starve yourself!!! It is the worst possible thing to do. It's just unhealthy in general, and once you start eating again you're going to gain all your weight back and then some. NOT GOOD! 100 sit ups a day is great but you won't be able to see your abs until you burn the fat off of your stomach so do cardio (running, walking, jumping jacks, jumping ropes, etc.) Swimming is also one of the best methods of exercising because it's not only fun but it works your entire body. So while you're rocking that cute swimsuit, you can also be slowly melting off your excess fat! Hope this helped! <3

How can I get some nice abs over the summer?

I thought about setting a for myself, to work on my body to get some nice abs, obliques, etc...I need some help though...I have no idea how to get started, keep in mind though that I have no exercise equipment or weights at home and I dont have acess to a gym.
I'm 17 years old, 5'10", 130-135lbs., and pretty skinny. Help! =] Thanks!

How to get a nice body in one day?

You are wasting your time. Even plastic surgery wouldn't help with 1 day. And it is too late to tan.

Best you can do is to pick the right bathing suit which accents your attributes (like chest) and hides your negative points (like tummy?)

Exercise, body building, weight loss all take time.. months, years, a lifetime. You should have thought about this back at Thanksgiving.

Ive left school today and now I have 3 months of summer before I start college. I wish to tone up and become a lot lot lot more healthy over summer. I already eat really healthy, and I swim every sunday morning.

How can I get a nice body in one month at the gym?

All depends on your starting point and perception of what a nice body looks like. Are your goals reasonable based on your body type? Of course, any body can be modified naturally (unnaturally with drugs) with time. Start by doing a self evaluation and set reasonable, achievable goals that extend over the next 6 months. Since it takes 4–6 weeks to see a change with lifting weights and other exercise, the first month will be a slight to moderately noticeable difference. The visible change will mostly occur if you include a good nutritional plan. Diet is critical to change.

How to get a bikini body in 6 months?

Here are some simple tips!
-Go to sleep 30 minutes earlier than you usually would, then wake up 30 minutes earlier and use that time to get pumping! Go for run, go for a brisk walk, dance around to your favourite song, do some crunches... anything!
-Get at least 8 hours sleep. Seriously.
-Fiber! Fiber is so so so good.
-When you are a little hungry between meals and want a snack.. drink water! If you want more than that, that two or three almonds or a piece of fruit or some cut up carrots. If your reeeeeally craving like chocolate or a muffin or chips, its most likely a hormonal/emotional thing. Instead of giving in, have some me time! Dance around the room, read, blast some music. Anything that will make you happy.
-Drink water! Water water water water water.
-In the morning, have a palmful of almonds (unsalted, unroasted!!) maybe six or seven. They clear up your skin, make your hair shinier and help your metabolism.
-Always keep in mind that your metabolism is highest in the morning!
-Put aside me time! You need to have endorphins! Happiness is healthiness
-NEVER, ever starve yourself. Pleeeease never ever take to this. If you know you've binged, accept it and move on, LEARN from your mistakes! Never take the unhealthy route.
-Water water water
-Get into yoga! Do it with your friend (so good your doing it with a friend btw) Yoga is actually so great. I know all the magazines and models are all: omg yeah yoga so good! But actually... its perfect!
-My morning exercise work out is pretty simple:
Leg lifts - 10
Heels (90 angle, its like leg lifts but your legs are at a ninety degree angle) - 10
Crunches - 15
Sit ups - 20
Heels with crunches - 10
Bicycle exercise - 20
Plank 30 seconds
Then repeat two more times honey!

My last tip! Take the healthy route for everything. Take the stairs, choose water or organic juice or GREEN TEA over that cup of coffee.
