I know how you feel. It might not help but weight on the thighs doesn't pose much of a health risk - it's weight on the stomach that can lead to heart disease. So there's a bonus.

I've found running to be the best thing to get my thighs smaller. You might not want to run for 20 or 30 minutes straight but if you go for a walk do some bursts of running now and then and you will see the difference.

Squats, lunges, anything involving weights (like at the gym) will most likely make them bigger (although more muscly). Big thighs can look just fine if they are muscled though.

Show off your small waist and pick flattering clothes. A dress that comes in at the waist and flares out from the hip could look awesome. Steer clear of clingy outfits from top to bottom because they will draw attention to your shape (if you're worried about it).

The only other option is liposuction but who wants to go there. Do a bit of walking, cycling, swimming or jogging and you'll see results. I'm sure you're gorgeous the way you are!

I've got some advice. I've gotten compliments on my butt, which sticks out, but I'm not overweight.

First of all, you need to gain weight. You can either gain it as fat or as muscle. Fat if you eat unhealthy or muscle and minimal fat if you eat healthy. So you need to eat a few hundred calories over maintenance.

Then, what you need to do is lots of leg exercises. There are workout routines for a bigger butt. Just make sure that they are not at all easy. Easy exercises won't do crap for you. You need to get sore. I'm talking squats, weights, lunges.etc. Don't be afraid to use weights (or a heavy backpack filled with textbooks), or elevate yourself to make it harder.

I'll let you navigate through the pages because I'm pretty sure we women all want curves everywhere. This site is basically for getting the perfect curves including getting a bigger butt and they are all home workouts. Plus other things like a firmer breasts, and pretty much every important body part on a woman.

But if you want a quick fix, then I suggest padded underwear. There's a version for panties too. But it depends on how you feel about it.

You really shouldn't be over exercising at your age as you won't hav finished growing yet.

But there are some toning exercises you can do to increase mass and firm up areas.

For your waist you should do sit ups or ab crunches, try laying your legs flat on each side to work out all of the abs.

To work both your thighs and Gluteals (butt) muscles try squats, stand with your feet shoulder width apart, then with your back straight lower yourself into a squating position slowly, then when you reach the bottom rise back to the starting position again slowly. Start out with 8 - 10 of these then increase as you start getting stronger.
Try to do the movement as slowly as possible to put the muscle under constant tension, that way it's doing more work and will therefore get bigger.

Another exercise for your glutes is to lie flat on your back, then tense up your butt muscle and hold for a count of ten then relax. Do this ten times to start with then increase the time when you feel stronger.
