How To Get A Tigher Waste And Curves

How can i deepen the curves on my waist?

weight loss could do it. but that's if you have extra fat on your waist. some women will never have a 26inch waist. your body has to be built like that. some women are built like 34-24-36, some are 32-23-38. and some are 32-28-32. if you are below 18, chances are your waist my get smaller because of puberty

Is there any way to get curves?

okay what i have observed from your question is that you are 15 and want to have a bit more weight and curves along with it to look more mature, as a fitness instructor i recommend a female your age to wait a little if you're are trying to gain weight because if you force yourself to gain weight now(as i understand from your question) i could be wrong, but if you are trying, you should wait because when you reach about 17-18 the weight you'll be gaining could come back to haunt you when added to the weight you already had,as for gaining curves they are plenty of exercises you can do but my recommended exercise is sit ups, they are many kinds of sits up,this will deal would curves around your abdomin area,
and for your butt area, you can do Squats this works a great deal and your should be right along with it.if u dont know bout these exercises none actually require weights but squats is more effective with atleast a little and i recommend just a little weigh for a girl like you,as for the part with your boobs, you can't exercise to get that bigger,i think you should just let it grow don't force it,and i definitely don't recommend you thinking of boob job and your age because there's plenty of time for you and your body to grow, okay take care and i wish you luck.remember if u don't know these execercises just http://www.wikihow.com/Do-a-Squat

you can get protein shakes like megamass for a cheap price if you do wanna try gaining weight, and remember protein helps you grow fastes it doesnt make you fat so its okay

Uneven waist curves?

Okay, so whenever I look up "uneven waist curvature" everyone always says its scoliosis. And yeah, there's a possibility that it could be that. But I'm 99.9% sure that it's not. So take the time please to read this whole thing. Also I'm going to see my doctor soon so don't just tell me to do that please. I'm still growing too (13, almost 14) so maybe I'm just growing unevenly, cause that happens to a lot of people all the time. But it still bothers me. Other people don't notice it until I tell them. It just kinda bothers me.

My spine is perfectly straight. My posture isn't perfect, but it is straight. My shoulders are even, my ribcage is even, and my hips are well aligned.
But the right side of my waist is more curvy than my left. My left oblique is tighter or something, because it doesn't want to curve or something. I also have a little bit of fat on the left side of my waist where I don't have any on my right. My left side is not completely straight up and down, it does have a curve, just not as much (not close at all) as the right.

So are there any exercises I can do to fix this? Any diets I can go on to get rid of that weird patch of cellulite?

you can also increase the size of your bum/legs which will give the illusion of a smaller waist. you can do this by running/brisk walking on hilly areas (or hiking) or using a treadmill, elliptical or maybe excersise bike on very high resistance.

How tight should ski pants fit around the waist?

If the L feels too snug then go with the XL, you can always wear a belt.
You need to be able to bend easily at the waist, knees etc. You also don't want to feel constricted around the knees or butt.
Sounds like it might be better for you to go with the XL. You also may be layering in the colder weather and you would want room for that as well.

Do pear shaped women have curves?

All women have some kind of curve to their bodies. It's the way we are made.
Pear shaped, also called spoons and A frames, have their widest curves around the hips. They are smaller on top, but that doesn't mean that they don't have a curve to them. You can still have a bust and waist without being an hourglass.

Can a tight dress give a guy a curvy figure when wearing it?

Usually no.Men tend to not be that curvy in general For the most part, men tend to have more of a V shape body. The thing that men need in order to get a curvy body is to actually have a curve.Men only have a single wide area, and that’s the shoulders/chest area. From that point downward it will simply become more slim. Until the waist where it tends to go down like a pencil. For women their wide areas would include mainly the chest and hip area. But more significantly here is that they also have a more slim area. Which would be the waist area. The differences in width is what creates a curvy image.A tight dress will make a woman look curvy because their body is curvy by nature. The dress will only show off the body that was already curvy to begin with.A tight dress will NOT make a man look curvy, it will simply show off their muscle definition. Which is MUCH more defined than on women.A tight dress is designed to show off the shape of your body. If it’s curvy, then you’ll look curvy. If you’re not curvy, you wont look curvy. As a side note, I would also encourage you to check out how males and females tend to take off and put on clothes. You’ll notice that they are very different. This is because male shoulders are MUCH wider than female shoulders. These shoulders also prevent males from looking more curvy.I’m also not saying a guy can’t look curvy. But you’ll most likely need to make sure you cover your shoulders somehow as that’ll be one of your most manly areas.

How do I achieve a tiny waist without losing too much weight?

If you want a tiny waist you have to lose some extra fat from your body.Meanwhile in the process you will lose weight depending upon how much extra fat does your body have and how  much you want to achieve. My personal experience I weighted 104 kgs with waist closing to 40". After 8 months weight came to 82 and waist was 34".I know its not tiny yet and even I do not wish for very thin waist.Further when my weight currently is 81 kgs but waist of 32".Since my body does not have too much fat mass waist reduced but weight did not.HOW I DID IT : 1.Eat Clean2.Train hard(This is not just a quote I followed my diet and workout religiously.)3.Maintain results weeklyGood results motivates you and poor results motivate you even more. 4.Get inspired by others' success story.Read about their journey. If it would help, here's mine picture

I have some dress pants which are too tight in the crotch. Is there any way I can expand that area?

Better made pants (dress and casual) have sufficient material to let out the crotch and the seat a good 2–2.5 inches each. If the pants do not have this extra material or if you need more room, it may be possible for the tailor to sew in some other material to complete the necessary alteration. But it would be expensive. If you don’t have the necessary material, I suggest buying new pants. It is very uncomfortable to wear pants tight in the crotch. They might be tight in the upper thigh also.Whenever I buy slacks (dress or khakis), I always check to see if there is room to let out the waist, seat and crotch.
