I'm assuming you're under 17 since you mentioned your parents. I'll also assume you play on a console because of that. I would suggest finding out how much a local game store will charge you for it, then get the money and have someone older buy it for you. Maybe an older brother or that one cool kid who talks to you and has his own car. Make sure you make it worth their while too. If the game will cost $20, give them $25 and they keep $5 as profit. Older kids might be cool, but they won't usually do it for free. That's the nice answer.The not so answer is me telling you not to play it unless you're sure you can handle it. The online community is literally a hateful bunch to random players especially kids. If you have a HIGH PITCHED voice all you'll do is make enemies and annoy people. I hate to be the guy who downs younger players like this, but the game rating is there for a reason. GTAV isn't as bad a game as most parents make it out to be but I still issue a cautionary comment because you will do pretty bad things in that game once you start playing. On the flipside, I simply couldn't list the amount of times underage players have simply caused me to hate a game simply because of their annoying commentary. PS: If you're going to play and you're worried about your voice just don't talk. Please don't use the voice changer. Believe it or not we can tell and it only makes it worse.

Let me tell you what concerns me. Just how obsessed you are with this game. Literally obsessed to the point that you're trying to figure it how to secretly play the game. And the extreme lengths you're willing to go to to lie and deceive. I understand why your parents don't want you to play it. I'm a huge gamer, but I wouldn't let my kids play this. Violence is fine. Extreme violence is not. Hookers, strip clubs, nudity, sex, rape. It's not a great story either. I got bored after an hour or two. You have a violent psychopath who rapes people. Yes. Men too. The character wakes up with a sobbing man in bed with him. He also brutally beats people to death. There is a brutal torture scene.Let me tell you what will happen when your parents catch you. No games. No system. They might even trade in all your games. And they won't trust you because you're a liar who went to alarmingly extreme methods to not get caught. They can't trust you. You've proven that. Now they're monitoring everything you do.What do you do instead? You tell them exactly what the game is about. Show them an actual review. Find a parent’s guide. You tell them that you've seen all of that in movies and you know it's not OK to do in real life. You then tell them that your friends have the game and you're going to play it at their houses anyways. If they still don't cave, you're just going to have to find another game to play. There are tons of games with better stories. Even if you got a friend to lend this game to you, it's going to be visible in your game library. You cannot hide that. And you're risking getting your entire system taken away for one stupid game. Is it worth it?

Why wont my parents let me get GTA 5?
I have just turned thirteen and I have been asking my parents if I can get GTA 5 for about 4 years now. I understood why they would not let me play it when I was 10 or 11 but when I was 12 I cannot wrap my head around it. They told me they would trust me playing it but they still would not want me play. The main reason I want it is to play with my friends online they told me that they got it when they wore 11 or 12. I am 13 now and already understand all that stuff my friends also told me that the swearing in the game is way more controlled than at school when I was 11 or 12. I'm just looking for suggestions on how I can convince my parents to get my this game. Thanks
