They can start a business on their spouse name, or children's name and supervise the business. I know many people who do that. First of all I tell you truthfully, most of the people who have joined the course will tell you several different things because they have joined this course-Such CS is a key managerial personal- my foot, he is just a KMP on the papers that's it.2. He can enter into Board Rooms- doing what? Just to record the meetings of the board as a secretary. Even peon/ chai Paani wala also enter into the board meeting room.Company secretary of the company is considered as a liability on any company because it is statutory requirement to appoint Company secretary. You get no respect in the company because you are a burden.They have lack of knowledge in every aspect be it financial, law, taxation.Better to go for some other courses like LLB, CA, CFA, MBA.I hate it's training structure as well. There are several training such as EDP, PDP which is mandated by the ICSI alongwith 15 months training. Faculty of ICSI in EDP and PDP is pathetic who take EDP and PDP. Faculty itself is a failure and these faculty come to motivate and teach you. What an irony. This institute should be banned.
