Yes! There is help for anxiety, and it's a lot more simple than you might think. I also suffer from anxiety disorder, and use to have 7-8 panic attacks a day. It does sound like that's what is happening to you. The best thing you can do for yourself is to practice slow breathing exercises. It will not only reduce your anxiety, but it will prevent you from having a full blown panic attack. When you feel the anxiety coming on take in a slow deep breath. Hold it for 7-8 seconds. Then slowly exhale. Repeat this until your anxiety subsides. Try it! You will be surprised. You may need to talk with your school counselor about your anxiety, and maybe they can talk with your mom and help her to understand that therapy would be beneficial to you. Usually something causes you to feel anxious all of them time. You start by fearing something, and then it leads to you having panic attacks because you begin to fear an attack. You need to see a therapist so they can help you figure out where the anxiety came from in the first place. If you conquer your fear, you might also be able to conquer your anxiety. First off everyone gets anxious so don't feel bad! I wish you would've stated what triggers your anxiety. Is it speaking in front of a bunch of people, being in crowded public places, or do you just feel uncomfortable at all times? I suffered from anxiety in high school so i can give you a few tips. Mine was pretty bad, but I overcame it without taking medication, and without speaking to a professional. I must say if you don't do anything about it, it can get much worse.

If you want to get over it, you have to face whatever is causing the anxiety head on, you cannot avoid it. You have to be confident about the situation, if you worry, it'll make things worse. For example, if your feel uncomfortable in a crowded area with a bunch of strangers, first take a deep breath and try to relax. Think to yourself why should i be scared of another human? They're the exact same as me, they're not better they're not worse. Think about that the entire time. How would a person look and act like if they were confident? Try to mimic that, even if your not feeling confident. Set a goal for yourself to be confident in that situation instead of anxious, it'll be very hard at first but don't give up. Also try to talk to others and be open about what's going on, talking about things that are bothering me with a friend always makes me feel relieved. Hope I helped a little, good luck!
