There are several ways to use a bike to get skinnier legs: Biking around casually. Bike to the grocery store instead of driving. Bike to work instead of taking public transportation. If you bike casually, going about 11 mph (17.6 km/h), you can burn 275-450 calories per hour, depending on your weight. Use a stationary bike at home or at the gym. Because this is a bit lighter of an exercise, expect to burn anywhere from 250-450 calories per hour, depending on your weight. Do a spinning class. Spinning classes are butt-kicking but definitely worth it. The advantage here is that you burn a lot of calories: a 145 lb (65.8 kg) person might expect to burn about 750-1000 calories per hour of very vigorous spinning. On the other hand, spinning can be quite monotonous and you'll have to push yourself for maximum results.

How can I get skinny arms and legs?

The idea that you can lose fat on any one specific part of your body is a myth. You have to lose your overall body fat to lose fat on any particular parts of your body.With that said, the way I do it is to combine low calorie diet with frequent exercises. For my meals, I skip breakfast, eat a small portion of rice or noodles for lunch, and eat normally for dinner usually rice or noodles with plenty of vegetables. I have minimal oily food, drink plain water instead of sugary drinks, reduce carbohydrates in exchange for more lean meat because they keep you full for a longer period, and cut down my snacks to zero.For exercises, I walk long distances. Usually 25-30 km split between 3-7 days for each week, but sometimes less. Sometimes I substitute running for walking to speed up the process, for the health benefit and for that good feel you get after a run. However I tried not to run too much because they might develop my leg muscles slightly. I want my thighs and especially my calves to be slim without any muscle tones.I did this for almost two months(it was tough) and lost 5kgs of fat, losing my weight from about 48kg to 43kg. It may not sound a lot but losing 5kgs of fat will make you look far more slimmer than you expect.

Do NOT do squats. Squats will give you a big butt but very wide, muscular legs. To get your legs to be thin and toned, you want to do more cardio rather than weight things. Running, jogging, biking and swimming would be the best ways to get your legs to look the way you want.

As a word of caution though, don't be discouraged if you don't see results soon. It may take a month before you see any results at all. KEEP GOING. Your body has to burn away fat on the surface of the muscles before you will even see the muscle underneath. (And if this makes you sound fat, which I know you're not, know this: I am 120 lbs. and in pretty good shape and even I have fat over my muscles.)

How to get thinner legs?

1. Treadmill walking, but with a simple adjustment

What is that adjustment? It's nothing more than slightly raising the treadmill to an incline of 15-20 degrees. It doesn't look like a big difference, but you'll see that it is. This turns walking from a "weight maintenance" exercise to a "weight loss" exercise. You see, flat surface walking is pretty much good only for weight maintenance and really slow weight loss.

Not so with incline walking.

Incline walking burns off fat fast. Your body isn't use to this type of walking, so it needs to truly exert itself. This is good news for weight loss.

You'll get skinny legs while losing weight. I recommend that you do this 20-30 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week.

2. Step-ups

Step-ups are a great way to firm up and make your legs lean. On a weight bench in a gym (or a sturdy chair at home), just step up onto it with 1 of your feet. Bring your other foot onto it so you're totally standing on the bench or chair. Then step back down with both feet.

Do this for a total of 5 minutes without stopping. Put your hands on your waist while doing this. If you can't do 5 minutes without stopping, then go for 3 minutes with a quick rest and then finish up with the other 2 minutes.

How to get thin legs isn't complicated. Take these 2 exercises and do them regularly for the next 2 weeks and you'll see a big difference in your legs.
