How do you get to Lakambini Diagnostic Center from Quezon city?

Take a bus heading to Baclaran/MIA/Cavite and ask for the conductor to drop you off at MRT Taft Avenue. Alternative way is to take MRT from your QC destination up to Taft/EDSA Station. Then find a jeep heading for Divisoria/Pedro Gil and ask for the driver to drop you off at Buendia. Dominant Landmarks are Mercury Drug Taft/Buendia on the right and DLTB Bus Terminal on the left. After those landmarks, walk a little bit. Wardley Building is on your left. Located at San Juan Street corner Taft Avenue.

What branch of NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) in Manila or Quezon City is the most efficient in processing online applications?

Don't even bother with either Manila or Quezon City. Try Mandaluyong City Hall no earlier than 3pm. The downside to the place is that they have a strict 400-application-forms-available-only-per-day rule in place for offline applications. I've never seen the logic to it but someone told me that it was an ordinance set in place by the higher-ups in said place to prevent the procedure from falling apart. On really busy days like post-graduation season, you know by 8am if you're going to get one or not.If you fill out the NBI form online, it allows you to go around the hard limit they're imposing. The only problem with the online form is that sometimes it won't print. In that case, get a screenshot and transfer to a proper PDF file.In any case, I went there at 3pm and they still had about 20 copies left. Got my NBI clearance 10 minutes later, since I've got no hit. That's a record 15 minutes total somewhat. Previously, my fastest record was at Robinsons Otis a few years back, which was around the 30-minute mark. This would have been much faster if I didn't have to fill out the form, as that took me the whole of 5 minutes. Going in with your online application makes it much faster as you can skip the encoding phase and skip directly to payment.

How To Go To EEI Corporation Brgy Bagumbayan Q.C.?

From Baclaran, take north bound bus like monumento, QC, etc. Make sure it is using the EDSA! Just tell the driver that you are going to Robinson's Galleria. No bus stops exactly infront of Galleria. The nearest stop is within Poveda School. Walk towards infront of Galleria, ortigas road.

There are pile of Jeepneys or Bus (GLiner or the yellow bus) going to Junction, Rosario. Take bus or jeepney. Tell driver to tell you if it is already IPI. The intersection of Libis and Ortigas extension is well known as IPI because of the IPI Company in the intersection. You would know that you are now in IPI once you see a major intersection.

Cross the street going towards the side of Iglesia ni Kristo. There are jeeps going to Cubao. Tell the driver you are going to Monark/Honda. Your landmark is Honda on your right side. Once in Honda, take a tricycle and just say EEI.
