How To Go Ftom 11 Stone To 9 Stone In 3 Months

It has taken me 3 months to lose 1 stone?!?

I'm nearly 14 and currently on kind of a diet, and I am doing exercise. I want to lose 2 and a half stone (which is 35 pounds). I am losing weight and keeping it off, but it has taken me nearly 3 months just to lose one stone! I think that is too long, and although I am keeping it off I kinda feel disheartened that it has taken this long, and I am wondering if I am not putting enough effort in or something. I have an exercise bike and I'm currently burning 1000 calories a day on it. I am being careful with what I eat, but do I need to burn more calories a day? How long did it take you to lose 1 stone? Any advice or personal experiences would be very much appreciated.

Can i lose one stone in a month???

;-)) and the reason for this desire to lose the flab?/ i'm a diving instructor and have been working in an office for 5 months to save some money for a course. i'm going to be back in a bikini in a month and it's frightening!

2 stone in 3 months, achievable?

It wont let me reply so I need to add an additional detail.

I am around 5 ft 11 and around 230 pounds (17 - now hopefully slightly less) and I want to hit 15 stone by the time I go back to uni so I can focus on maintaining it whilst away.

I was 17 stone 8.8 lbs about 2 weeks ago. and Im not 16 stone 13.8 lbs (this morning), but a lot of that can be water weight so I plan to lose about 2 - 3 lbs a week with exercise and watching what I eat.

I just wanted to check that its realistic because I'm sure that if I dont hit near the 210 pound mark (and a healthier BMI) Il be pretty disappointed for the work I'm putting in =]

Thanks for the help guys, any more information is always appreciated =]

You have to gain 7 stone or lose 7 stone in a month. What do you choose and why?

Regardless of whether this is realistic or not, I would rather lose 7 stone. Although I’m from the states so I had to read through others answers to see how this converts to lbs (98 lbs), I would rather lose the weight than gain it. I am currently 5–7, female, and weigh roughly 13.5 stone which is 190 lbs. I would lose about half of my body weight and my organs would begin to fail but I know that it would be easier for me to gain the weight back after that first month than to lose an additional 98 lbs/7 stone. Either or, both are dangerous to your health from a realistic point

Is 11 stone and 5'2'' to fat?

i really think i should loose weight im 14 and im worried that i wont be able to have the contraception injection because of my weight? i have to get weighed and i hate it so much :( please someone tell me the truth! xxxxx

Someone please help me..I gained 2 stone in a month:(?

Well,it seems pretty obvious on what you need to do :) If you've gained two stone in 2 months from eating crap food everyday, then you can lose that same two stone by not eating that food everyday. Replace the Mcdonalds/KFC with healthy meals [fruit, veg, lean meat, etc]. Count calories. If you do little exercise then you probably need about 1900 calories a day to maintain your weight. Lets say you've been eating 3000 calo. An average Mcdonalds Burger + regular fries has about 1000 calories [even more if you have large fries and a bigger than average burger- could be up to 1500!], and that's not including the drink [another 300-500 calories for a large fizzy drink, up to 800 for a milksgake ]. And Dessert? another 500 calories- that could add up to 2,500 calories in one meal easily. One kebab can contain up to 2000 calories! That's more than you probably burn off in a day..so it's easy to see where the calories add up :) Getting back to 9 stone shouldn't be hard if you watch your calories and cut out the KFC/Mcdonalds and unhealthy foods. You can eat them every once in a while- once every two weeks won't harm you..but everyday will. Also, try doing some exercise.Go for a half an hour walk every day at a fast pace. You'll burn around 150 calories and it will increase your metabolism a little bit. Or go swimming a few times a week, or take up a new sport, or go to the gym or buy an exercise machine.Good luck!

How can I get rid of 9 mm Kidney stone?

9mm stone is quite a big stone and it needs lots of precaution..patience and dietary measures to get rid of it. Kidney stones occur due to insufficient working of the kidneys. They are not able to flush out the toxin. The remain of these toxins get accumulated and forms the stone. Improper lifestyle and emotional ups and down can effect its efficiency. Improve your lifestyle diet. Drink lots of fluid. You can drink warm saffron water and green tea. Put seeds on kidney points to improve their working. It will slowly break down the stone and flush out of your body. You can follow my page on fb too.
