it really depends b-caz although usually it make a person look better there r times where it makes u look worse..... it can caz massive bags under yr eyes and make u look even older... it really depends on the person..... sometimes there skin sags and the wrinkles look more defined.... but whatever u should neva try to l;ose weight just so u can look better...... b comfortable with who u r !!!!!

I look good when i have enough weight but i lose wait due to excessive travel as i'm in tourism field..help...

wow i go to the gym to work off the times i ate mc donalds or sat on my bum for too long. if i could loose weight on the job i would have mc donalds every day for my lunch break and not be scared to put on. just eat more buddy to compensate what you have lost!

I think your fiance will love you whether you lose the weight or not. Just show him how happy he makes you, and he'll be happy. If you really must lose the weight, eat more fruits and vegetables, less fat, less white flour and sugar.

Do people always look better when they lose weight?

No, it depends on how much they weighed before they lost the 30 pounds, and what they did to lose it. If they were already at a decent weight and turned to starving themselves, or making themselves vomit to lose the weight, then chances are they will look unhealthy. If they were already at a decent weight and exercised, and also built up their muscles, then I think they would look a lot better. Toning yourself up always makes you look good! :)

If the person was overweight and lost 30 pounds, then depending on how overweight they were, it would be noticeable and it would look better.

Will I have excess skin if I lose weight?

I'm 22 and I've been overweight most of my life. Will this decrease my chances of having excess skin and look good when I lose weight instead of looking like a deflated balloon. I'm not morbidly obese, but I am pretty big, like Mia Tyler was at her bigger days.
I weigh more than I look. I actually weigh 242 lbs last time I checked, but look 200 and I'm 5'8" with a large build.

I'm working out and eating 5 small meals a day with lots of water. Am I also on the right track? I'm not doing this alone, my bf is too and he has the same concern as me.
