Can an new employer require you to give them your original birth certificate?
That's along with a copy of your state ID/license and social security card. Adecco Staffing told me they require my original birth certificate, my driver's license, and social security card. I was born and raised in America, served in the military, and have been working since I was 15. I don't feel I should have to give anyone my original birth certificate for employment if they have a copy of my ID and social security card.
Free death records online?
You can search the Social Security Death Index, which is not the same as a certificate at http://ssdi.rootsweb.ancestry.com/ or http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/default.... once you have located it in the index you would have a better idea of where to either order the death certificate or where to search for it online. There are other Death Indexes that you can search, most notably the California Death Index 1940-1997 at http://www.deathindexes.com/california/i... , which is the (free version) at Rootsweb. A Genealogy Guide for Finding Obituaries, Cemetery Burials and Death Records for the state of California can be found at http://www.deathindexes.com/california/i… Texas death certificates are available on FamilySearch.org on their pilot site at: http://pilot.familysearch.org/recordsear… I believe the project is now complete and I just learned that some Ohio death certificates are on that site as well. There are a few websites that have some vital records at no charge. For example, the state of Missouri has death certificates for the years 1910-1958 on their website at: http://www.sos.mo.gov/archives/resources… A few pre 1910 birth and death certificates are also available on the site but all of their records have not been transcribed yet. There are many other indexes and some that have some actual death certificates online but knowing the time period and state would go a long way toward helping someone locate them. However, there is not centralized location where all death certificates that are online can be searched.

try having sex every other day from now until ur next cycle i did that one time and got my big fat positive if u cant do it try every two or three days. use preseed everytime helps sperm live longer my friend used it and the first month she got pregnant with doing that.make sure u have sex now until ur next cycle u never knw when ur ovulating i thought i was ovulating every 14 days wen i was every 12 day after my cycle and some women ovulate twice.if u really want a baby do that and u shouldnt miss it i knw i didnt i did it everyother day to every two days after my period.using preseed will increase the chance cause the sperm is living longer and got time.

Some of the answers here are a bit outdated for the US. I recently attended training to become certified in PREA - the Prison Rape Elimination Act. This is a federal mandate for jail standards. While it does, indeed, contain some standards for training and procedures to eliminate prison rape, it also has a bunch of provisions pertaining to this question of how transgender prisoners are housed.Boiled down to practical application, it goes like this: When a person is arrested and brought to the jail, one of the questions during the booking process will be, “How do you identify?” At that point, whatever sex the person claims to identify as will determine the cell block the person is put in. A person with a full beard and complete male “plumbing” who claims to identify as “female” will be put in the female cell block. Failure to do so on the part of the corrections staff means non-compliance with PREA standards and possible loss of certification. Since PREA law requires corrections staff to be PREA certified, this essentially means that the staff members in question would never be able to work in corrections again, anywhere in the country.Some might find it odd that a law called the “Prison Rape Elimination Act” requires prisoners with male plumbing to be housed with prisoners with female plumbing. Note that there can be no segregation for transgender prisoners, and complaints from female prisoners about the person who looks exactly like a man sleeping and showering with them in their cell block are not valid. If such a prisoner poses a danger to the women, as in a situation where he *gasp* lied about his sexual identity to get put into the women’s cell block for entertainment purposes, then he can be removed only after he demonstrates dangerous behavior, like actually raping one of the women (or, excessive “ogling,” etc.). The instructor for my class was unclear about how to deal with the argument that the person who looks exactly like a man but identifies as a woman might actually be a lesbian.This is the law. In many parts of the country, it is just starting to be implemented.
