Hi guys I'm wondering would it be healthy to lose 20 pounds in 7 weeks. In 7 weeks its thanksgiving and I want look good for my family so I'm wondering is this a healthy diet plan. Ok so I work out at a place called crossfit 5 times a week. I have been doing crossfit for over 3 months so don't say you have to be motivated to work out because I am. Anyway when I wake up I skip breakfast because lunch at school is really early (10 am) After school I usually eat a sandwich with cheese ham No mayo. At 6 I go to crossfit and after crossfit I have a protein smoothie. So I'm wondering if I stick with this plan can I lose 20 pounds in 7 weeks thanks

Lose 20lb in 80 days?

hey, im looking for some advice i am 15 and i want to lose some weight. my bmi is 24.5 and i want to bring it down to about 22, id like to lose about 20lb. my weight is in the healthy range but if i were to gain about 5lb id be considered overweight. i want to lose about 7lb - 10lb a month .. no fad diets or low carb.. calorie wise how much would i have to eat a day to lose about 20lb in 80 days

i don’t think that is possible but it is worth trying. You will need to have a diet low in carbs and high in protein. Try to have small 6–9 meals per day. YOUR DIET IS KEY IN THE WEIGHT LOSS PROCESS.After you have that in place you will need to focus on working out. LOW INTENSITY CARDIO WILL NOT CUT IT!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WALKING ON THE TREADMILL!! I would suggest that u perform HIIT workouts.
