I've done a bit of homework on this and this is the best I can get...Via AT&T (company)Here's a link to the email support page: tinyurl.com/czj2rby That is all we have to provide. I work 7-4c Thanks, ^ChrisLSpeaks quite a bit about this discussion: How can AT&T improve its customer service?Yahoo! (company) had this to addHi, Here's how to contact AT&T. They need to "un-merge" your previous Partner account | yhoo.it/I6ZzKKSomewhat surprisingly, that AT&T support response provides a worthless link only to their online support portal.  At least Yahoo provides some help: For Yahoo! Mail account. When speaking with AT&T, please make sure that you:- Reference the AT&T email address.- Do not reference your Yahoo! ID, if you currently have a merged AT&T ID and Yahoo! ID needs to be unmerged so that Yahoo! can assist you with your account. If you have previously had service with AT&T, you may be using a free att.net account.Got it?  Clear as mud.

How do I view email older than a few months on Yahoo Mail on my old, slow computer without buying a premium account?

I don’t have a premium Yahoo account, and I have mail that is over 13 years old. I didn’t use Yahoo much after I signed up with Gmail, mainly because of their being hacked so many time, so I had over 50,000 unread messages. I wanted to clean it up so I could use it again.I have Thunderbird for my email client, it works in systems as old as Windows XP SP2. I went into my Yahoo account settings and allowed third party software, put my email and password into Thunderbird, and several hours later I had ALL my mail. It took me about an hour to clean it up, and now I have a nice clean mailbox at Yahoo again. My friend sent me some pictures of my son’s baptism 10 years ago that I thought were lost, but no, they were still sitting there nicely on Yahoo’s servers waiting for me to download them.

I have 10,102 items in my Yahoo Mail inbox. How can I delete them all at once?

go to yahoo mailType “e” in the search box.Select the “Inbox” dropdown option to the left of the search box.Click the empty checkbox to select all .click deleteclick to confirm when it asks if you want to delete allFor some reason you have to repeat the above 2 or 3 times and then repeat replacing “e” with “a” in step 2, but that gets most of the email, but I just used this to quickly delete 14,000 + emails in the current yahoo mail.

What is the difference between yahoo and an att email address?

Browse to ATT and sign in,
or open the link below for ATT web mail.

You can set ATT as your home page.

But, you asked the difference.
Yahoo! Mail is free - no matter who you choose to provide Internet Service. Therefore, it is preferable.

You can set ATT (all ISP's) to forward your email to your free Yahoo! Mail address.

Is there anyway to preview my mail without opening it?

Yes, there is. Just go to http://att.my.yahoo.com which is your home page. Then, make sure you have the Mail option under the Personal Assistant module. After that, just put your cursor above the mail icon.

If you do not have the Personal Assistant module in your Homepage, just click on the Add Content and then select AT&T Yahoo! Services and look for Personal Assistant option and click on the + sign and click on I'm Done.

Cannot find Outbox in my yahoo email. Where is it located?

The "outbox'' is used to hold emails that are in limbo. Meaning----those neither sent nor deleted----usually due to some fault (like overloading). They're just waiting in line to go.

Yahoo doesn't have an "outbox".
About the closest thing to an outbox would be the Draft folder----not the same at all,---but still the closest.
The "sent" folder only holds emails that have been successfully sent.
