German Tourist Visa Invitation letter details.?

Well, I don't have the right answer for this, but it might be the same information for any invitation letter...in case this helps:
The sponsor shall write the letter directed to the consulate officer including his full legal name, identification number (national ID or passport), relationship to the petitioner, reason for the travel, full legal name of the traveler, time of stay (arrival and departure date), address where the traveler will stay.
Also provide information as to who will cover the expenses for travel and board.
Promise that the sponsor will take responsibility for the traveler, not only financially so the traveler won;t be a burden for the government, but also that the traveler will return to their original departure place at the stated date.
Hope this helps!

How should I write an invitation letter for a Taiwan Visa?

Hi Larrie, you don't need to write an invitation letter for your relatives to visit Taiwan .they can apply for a tourist visa in the Taiwan consulate nearest to your home. I am not too sure whether there is non required visa program for your country because they have granted those non visa program to a
few countries. Malaysia and Singapore are one of them. If Philippine is included than you don't need to apply for any visa. You will be given a 30 days visa (not extendable) as enter.
Check it in your computer. Just type Taiwan Visa, you get a lot of sites to go to. If you think it bothers you not writing the letter then sent them your copy of work visa and with your residing address . Hopes this help. I have stayed there for 8 years.

How to write a letter of invitation for a B-2 Visa to the USA?

Alessandra, the answer from ibu guru is correct in every detail. You not only cannot help them get a visa to the USA by sending a separate written invitation but doing so will > reduce < the chances their application will be approved. You can send to them a regular wedding invitation but the US Consular Officer probably won't even look at it.

This is from the Department of State's website:

"Note: Visa applicants must qualify on the basis of the applicant's residence and ties abroad, rather than assurances from U.S. family and friends. A letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support is not needed to apply for a visitor visa. If you choose to bring a letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support to your interview, please remember it is not one of the factors used in determining whether to issue or deny the visa."

Make contact with the office of your US Representative (Congressperson) for additional advice.

Never once in considering over 40,000 visa applications did an invitation letter ever work in the applicant’s favor. Some of them actually hurt. If I have a foreign friend applying for a U.S. nonimmigrant visa, I will NEVER write an invitation letter. On the other hand, if I want to make sure somebody never gets to visit the United States, I will write a nice friendly letter explaining our close ties and guaranteeing all his expenses.

How to write invitation letter for schengen visa?

An invitation letter is an informal statement by a host that accommodation is provided for a foreign visitor. It is required if a visa applicant does not provide proof of hotel accommodation as tourist but is visiting friends or relatives and stays at their home. There is no certain form prescribed for a letter of invitation for a visa. The following information is only a guide.
The host should write the letter of invitation himself. By writing a letter of invitation, he is not legally responsible for the foreigner once the visitor got into the country, but he should provide the letter in good faith. He must give truthful information and intend to keep the promises he made in the letter. He should send the original letter plus one copy by air-mail or courier service to the person he is inviting. The visa applicant must then submit this letter to the Embassy or Consulate of the country when he applies for the visa. The copy will be kept at the Embassy, the original will be stamped by the Embassy and returned with the visa to be presented to the Immigration Officer on arrival at the foreign country.
The letter should include the following information about the person being invited:
• complete name
• date of birth
• the person’s address and telephone number
• the relationship to the person being invited
• the purpose of the trip
• how long the person invited intends to stay in the country
• details on accommodation and living expenses
• the date the person you are inviting intends to leave the country
The letter should also include the following information about the host:
• complete name
• date of birth
• address and telephone number
• occupation
• whether he is a citizen or a permanent resident
• a photocopy of a document proving his status in his country (passport, identification card)
• a proof of permanent resident status (if he is not a citizen) ..

How to make an invitation letter for my family to come here in USA?

You can't apply for your family, the visa applicants must apply for themselves. As for a letter of invitation, there is no set format. Such a letter is not required, and neither will it necessarily help, nor hurt the outcome of the visa decision. However, if you wish to provide one, simply state your name and status in the US, your contact information, your relationship to the applicants, the purpose and duration of the visit, and your willingness to provide for all costs associated with their visit while in the US.
