Well, I don't have the right answer for this, but it might be the same information for any invitation letter...in case this helps: The sponsor shall write the letter directed to the consulate officer including his full legal name, identification number (national ID or passport), relationship to the petitioner, reason for the travel, full legal name of the traveler, time of stay (arrival and departure date), address where the traveler will stay. Also provide information as to who will cover the expenses for travel and board. I am not too sure whether there is non required visa program for your country because they have granted those non visa program to a few countries. Malaysia and Singapore are one of them. If Philippine is included than you don't need to apply for any visa. You will be given a 30 days visa (not extendable) as enter. Check it in your computer.
