Good tasting Protein shakes?

By far the best tasting protein on the market is Muscle Milk. Whoever said Slimfast is a joke. That is loaded with sugar and low in protein. Myoplex is good, but more of a meal replacement. Muscle Milk comes in about 15 flavors and I have not been disapointed in any yet. They also just came out with Muscle Milk Light which tastes the same with less fat.

Protein is very good for toning and essential for lean muscle. You want to get a bout a gram of protein for every lean pound you weigh.

A few questions about protein shakes?

I'm starting to work out now, and I'm just wondering a few things about protein shakes. I'm 5' 7" and 120 lbs. so anyway, on with my questions:

1. what's in a typical protein shake?
2. how often should i take it?
3. what can I put in it to make it taste better?
4. what would be the best things to put in a protein shake for me, considering my height and weight? and in what measurements?

I don't wanna get really big, just put on muscle so i don't look scrawny anymore, but still look lean. just with muscles, and to be really well toned.

Alright so I recently bought the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor. (Whey Protein)
I have tried adding water and mixing it with the protein in my shaker but it does not taste good at all.
I have also tried making a shake just adding some milk and the protein. That tastes better, but still not great.

the milk assuming you drink 2 cups is going to give you about 15g of protein.....the raw egg is going to give you about 6g of protein....the chocolate is just for flavor and does nothing for you
so thats a grand total of 21g of protein...which is no even close to the amount that should be in a shake....so its not worth it
is 6g of protein worth salmonella?....f*ck no....never eat raw eggs theres no point...theres more protein in one cup of milk....so jus drink an extra cup....
