How To Reduce Fat Or Weight

How to reduce belly fat?

You can not spot reduce...it's a proven fact (sad fact in my opinion because I hate my thighs...)

As we age that weight goes right to the belly...courtesy of our hormones...eating right, exercising with both resistance and cardio, and reducing stress...that is what you have to make sure you are doing (which you are)...and you have to do it for a while. Your BMI is high, if you lose 20-30lbs that weight in the middle will be reduced drastically...Try a better nutrition program...South Beach or Weight Watcher's Core program are my favorites...both are very healthy..

Your belly will lose in time, but reducing the beer and daily stress will help...how about light beer? How about some yoga and other breathing exercises...

Also do you have problems with food intolerances? Or inflammation? Bloating in the mid-section can be caused by both...reduce sugar, processed flour, and alcohol (ie...beer).

Just reducing how much wheat you have in your diet can also help...a lot of people have trouble with wheat and do not even realize it until they eliminate it from their diet for a few months...wheat is way over used in the Western diet...toss it out for a few months and eat other whole grains..

Good luck!

How do I lose belly fat through weight lifting?

From waist 39 to 31 in less than 7 months.Weight lifting coupled with 2–3 sessions of HIIT.High Intensity activities like the above two works magic on helping you burn fat.If you have more fat cells on your belly you will have more belly fat and when you exercise and eat a sensible diet the fat will naturally be removed from your fat cells…Weight Lifting Workout Highlight:Compound lifts like squats and deadliftsZERO machines use. Only free weights and dumbbellsSticking to only a rep range of 5–10. 4 months doing 5–7 reps and 2 months doing 8–10 reps. I differentiate both variables with FBX-Gain and FBX-Cut. If you want to know the details, see my free course fitness for beginners. And this one is imp: Low volume work (high intensity), only 3 times a week.Let me be clear about one thing:I strongly believe we are what are habits are.Working out 3 times a week is not enough for anyone to build exercise into a habit.Although weights 3 times a week is more than enough, and rest of the days can be can be compensated by doing HIIT (ideally at home or at a park near by).Whole idea with FBX is to also save you lot of time in the traffic and going to the gym.Lets face it, going to the gym is a complete ordeal (3–4 hours) per dayGetting ready>Driving down through insane traffic>Chit chat with your friends in gym>Taking shower or sitting down for a post workout and coming back.If you have the time on hand or you go there for social reasons its cool, you can do your HIIT or yoga there. But if you are a family man like me, and have other responsibilities like running a business, etc, then I feel giving a max of 6–7 hours a week (including traveling ) towards exercise is more than enough to give you a fabulous physique.
