How To Stand Up From A Bridge/crab

I can't stand up from a backbend, any tips?

Hey,

Well the key to do anything backbend related is to have a flexible back :) Not super flexible just stretch out your back by doing backbends and attempting to walk hands as close to ankles as possible. Repeat every 20-45 minutes throughout the day then at the end of the day, try again. **Remember to put ALL the weight on your feet**

Another tip could be to try back bending up a hill. It should be easier to get up that way. Then slowly move to a less steeper slope until you can do it on flat ground.

You can also try getting onto your knees from a bridge. It'll give you the feel of what its like. Try getting up from crab position or from sitting on the floor.

If you can almost do a front walkover then you can definitely get up from the bridge :) Try this and hopefully you have it by the end of the day :)

Hope this helps !! Feel free to ask questions!

Is Maryland a very bad state?

Maryland is a very old state with lots of history. Some days in the past were not their best. Virginia too is a place with lots of history. They do have moments from the past they would like to forget. Which one has more history how do you want to count the number of soldiers in this war or that, the number of churches from this decade or another still standing. Both states have been on the ground for thousands of years and have a very long history before Europeans arrived and did what they did. Has your cousin actually been to either state?

California has some nice places too and also has a history. I think h is just jealous that you get to have hurricanes he just gets earthquakes to stir things up.

Maybe it is just he is proud of his state just like you are of yours. You both should maybe meet in the middle sometime and see what some of the other states are like. You will find many interesting things along the Mississippi like a train bridge you can walk across in Minneapolis. Lots of history there. You will also find people that are proud of their home state too. Get out of your state and visit some of the others. You may actual enjoy yourself as you explore the rest of the country.

I am sure if you ask here you could find people from every state to give something nice and something bad about their state and many others. You may even find a gem out there when you pick some huckleberries on a north facing hillside. Just watch out for the bears they like them too.

Looking for a small filter for a red claw crab tank?

I also have mini red crabs. You may have problems doing the out of water thing with that small of a tank hun. I have a 10 gallon tank. THe gravel slopes down creating a spot where they can stand on the leveled top. ans also have a piece of drift wood that is mostly covered by water. I then used a the smallest filter I could find. There is only 3 gallons of water in the tank. If you would like pictures of my set up email me at luckegurl_13@yahoo.com.

FYI They don't need access to air but they live longer happier lives if they can get in and out of the water.

What are the pre-requisites to become a crab fisherman?

For recreational crabbing all you need is a few lengths of string, a net and bait (chicken or dead fish work well ). You can stand on the shore, toss out the bait and pull it in slowly, then net any crabs that are feeding on the bait.If you want to spend a little more you can buy crab traps and drop them off a bridge. Put the bait in a trap then pull it up periodically to see if you caught a crab or two. I’ve seen bridge crabbers with dozens of traps and they can do well in the right area.Better yet get a boat. You can handline from a boat with great success, or use traps. Some recreational crabbers us the “jugging” method where they throw out a dozen or more crab traps with a float (usually a plastic jug, hence “jugging”). They then go between the jugs and pull in the traps to see if any crabs were caught. With a boat you can also move around bridges, pilings, rocks etc. and scoop up crabs that you see with a net. This can be a very productive way of crabbing, especially at nightIf you are referring to commercial crabbing, you will definitely need a boat, specifically designed for crabbing. In many states you will also need a commercial crabbing license. Trot lines and a boat built to handle them is a a necessity (see the video below}. Trot line crabbing recreationally isn’t allowed in all states but it is usually legal for those with commercial licenses.Crabbing Trotline on Bush River, MD

How can i learn to do the backwards crabs bend ?

you are probably getting worried that you are going to hit your head, causing yourself to not fully bend backwards as much as you should. the best tips i can give you is to put your hands above your head (arms by your ears) and then put your head back as far as it could go (like you are almost trying to look at the floor) and then start bending your back keeping your hands and head in the same position. at some point, you will start to see the floor, and at that point, if you keep bending back , your hands should eventually touch the ground.
So basically you always want to make sure you bend your head back and look at the ceiling! don't get afraid and move your head forward again where your arms are aligned with your ears because if you don't see the floor you will fall! :(

GOOD LUCK! :)

A man goes into a restaurant, orders albatross, eats one bite, and kills himself. Why?

When the man was young, his uncle (the man was an orphan, having both parents die a tragic accident in the acid mines of Quatzimctocal) took him on a voyage aboard a whaling ship. But they were soon attacked by angry pirates who killed all on board, except for the man, then a young boy. The boy was forced to eat rats for many years while the pirates enjoyed fresh mermaid meat. When he finally escaped, disguised in manatee skin, he was found by Nepalese slave traders who made him do their bidding, which was a sucky one. When he finally escaped again, he made it to Louisiana, where albatross is considered a delicacy and sold as "shrimp cake". He took one bite of the shrimp cake, but he didn't like it. That made him so depressed that he killed himself.

Foot cramps up when wrestling. get plenty of H2O & potassium, what can I do?

Ever since I was a kid I've had foot cramps. the inner part of the arch of my foot cramps up and I have to massage it, stretch it out, put my weight on it, etc... I drink coconut water (which has plenty of potassium in it) as well as eat bananas. I also drink several glasses of water a day. People just give me that default advice because they don't know what else to say but "drink more water" or "you need potassium."

It's really getting annoying, because when I'm grappling/wrestling, I have to tap out and stop for a whole round and stretch it out, it happened 2 training sessions in a row already. No one else I know has a problem with their foot cramping up like me. What more can I do to prevent it?
