I've seen people ask this question a lot. Most get responses to web sites for taking surveys. I was bored one day and checked them out. I was paranoid of Viruses so I did it all from a Virtual Machine I used an email address specifically for those places and created a complete fake name, phone number, and address to use and all. I signed up for one site called cashcrate . com and I must have gave them the correct name and address because after about 6 weeks I got a check in the mail. It was only 15.00, but it was money non the less. I guess if I would have given my real name and addresses to the other survey places I would have got more checks. After about two days of survey taking I was bored with it and quit. That email account got about 250 spam emails an hour and I forgot all about it until I got that check. I never went back to doing them. But I can at least say cashcrate was legit. My Virtual Machine never did get any viruses either from any of the survey sites I went to either. I just got spammed like crazy. I didn't have to pay anyone or recruit anyone. I don't know your time table for payment or what your motives are, but you could try crashcrate if you got some time. I suggest using your real name and address for the site and using fake names and addresses for the surveys.
