How can I lose fat on my arms?

Usually, when weight seems to accumulate in one area of the body more than another, it has more to do with genetics. Although you can't really target weight loss to any specific area of the body, you can burn fat over your entire body with cardio type exercises. Lifting weights and such are great for toning and building muscle but won't help much with the fat burning.

I wanna lose my stomach and arm fat, but the only thing is I haven't exercised in awhile so it's hard for me to get back to exercising, which I'm working on that.
