As this is a US handset I will offer up a few solutions which would usually work on other phones. 1stly when you start your browser, go to settings. USUALLY there is an option called "mobile view" or something along that line which will make your browser connect to mobile versions of web pages where necessary. 2ndly, if your phone can download applications, visit http://m.youtube.com/app to see if the mobile app is supported on your handset. and if that doesn't work, this definitely will the youtube mobile site is http://m.youtube.com this mobile site works on ALL mobile phones that do not support the app itself. save that as your favourites.

Short answer: Delete your cookies.Longer Answer: I had this problem just today. I got it after clicking a YouTube link on Twitter. I’m not perfectly sure of the exact details, but I believe by clicking on that link, it put a cookie (a file) on your computer that tells YouTube you’re on a mobile device, hence why deleting it works.System Details: This happened to me on my hp laptop, running Windows 10, using the Google Chrome browser, version 57. Does watching your own youtube video count as a view?
For about the first 300 views or so, any old click will do. After that, the rules change considerably. YouTube's "Google AdSense" program only works with videos which are over 30 seconds in length -- otherwise their CTRs (Click Through Ratios) will not register. That means a video can only be officially counted if it's seen for at least 30 seconds (or the entire length of the video if it's shorter than that). You should also remember that YouTube "cycles" view counts only about every 6 to 8 hours or so. Haven't you ever noticed that your "thumbs", "stars" & "view counts" don't always get added right away, no matter how often you "refresh" or shutdown/reboot? As such, clicking on the same video repeatedly will not accomplish anything other than maybe 3 views per day. As for videos whose viewcounts have been "inflated" by bots or suspicious/repetitive clicking, their overall views will likely "freeze" at around 300 -- and probably remain that way for weeks and weeks.

Hello Amanda, These all can be the chances. 1. If you are using a mouse, it would have scroll ball in between left and right click. I think its an issues with it. Please change the mouse and see.. if its not the mouse try next point. 2. some times it can be an issues with browser (eg: internet explorer), try using utube with goolge chrome or mozilla firefox. if this happens with those browsers also try next point 3. Some times the display drivers get corrupted or the screen resolution gets changes. please right click on desktop and change the screen resolution.
