Compatibility view in yahoo mail?
Starting today, the main page forces me into compatibility view which sucks on the main page. When I go to mail, nothing is working right. No automatic fill in from contacts when composing. I turn off compatibility mode and nothing changes until I click on the new mail link. I wish these folks would get their schit together!

This is a common problem for the last 2 weeks. Not everyone is affected at the same time. Yahoo has set up a page (Known Issues) to try to figure out what is causing it. We are searching for workarounds. None of the troubleshooting tips is working. Here are things that worked (but not for everyone). If you can get back to Classic Mail, do it (Yahoo is making that hard to do). If you are switch to Internet Explorer and still can't attach, open a new window. Tools>Compatibility View Settings>Display All Websites In Compatibility View (check this). A Yahoo Staff had a different solution. They said to "Turn off Compatibility Mode". To load an attachment, drag and drop instead of using the Paperclip icon. To open an attachment, double click on it.
