There appears to be a problem when clicking on the link to your Yahoo Profile. It says Not found The page you were looking for doesn't exist. You should still be able to change picture from your answers page. Select your My Activity/Edit Preferences/Update photo or avatar. Add Photo to use a picture from your computer.Add Avatar to make a personalised cartoon avatar from the Yahoo Avatars site. That should work,if not then it is the problem from your Yahoo Profile page which for some reason doesn't exist. Hope that helps you,Tidus

I have my left hand on my right boob, having taken a picture of it to prove a point on Tumblr. But as soon as I uploaded it, it was immediately flagged.Hell, I made a profile picture out of it.I'm obviously not showing the entire photo ever on Quora, as this question isn't flagged as adult content.Any negativity, and you will be immediately blocked.Exactly what I was talking about. On Snapchat, how can you upload a picture out of your gallery to your story?
Yes you can. Go into your gallery and click the options menu and your gonna see share. After you click it you'll see a list of apps you can share it to but just click on snapchat and then you'll get the option to edit the picture if you need to. To put the picture on your story you should click the arrow on the bottom right corner of your screen and then you'll see all your snapchat friends who you can send it to but ignore that. Either my story will be on the top or you have to scroll down your friends list to find my story but when you do just click on it and it will be added to your story.

Why is yahoo answers not letting me upload a picture to my question?
The past weeks uploading from your computer saved files is nonfunctional, no one can upload images from their saved files no matter what level. No one knows why for sure they stopped it or if it was intentional, but it sure cuts down on images we do not need to see especially all the obscene images from Tumblr. You can upload the image to Flickr, they will most times allow you to have the image be seen.
