How To Use My Lg Intuition With Another Carrier

Is Sprint a good/reliable phone service to have?

Good coverage: yes, I've never had any trouble getting a signal, even when driving on the long, lonely stretches of highway that seem to be in the middle of nowhere. Pennsyvlania and Ohio, bleh.

Good phones: Sort of. With AT&T, the phone I had lasted me for probably about four years before it fell in the pool. With my Sprint phone (Katana DLX) I've only had it a year and a half and its battery has started draining faster. My boyfriend's phone (Sanyo, but I don't know what the model name was) he's bought for $200 two years ago, and the hinge broken, the sensor that tells the phone when the flip was open broke, and the phone now turns off randomly. He took it to Sprint last week, and after only two years, they've stopped carrying parts for it, so his only option is to buy a new phone. And he and I are both casual users: like everyone, we've dropped it a handful of times, but otherwise are gentle on them, don't get them wet, throw them around, etc. So the phones were both really awesome when we got them, but deteriorate quickly with no service to take them to afterward.

Phone plans: ABSOLUTELY F*CKING AWFUL! Even if their phones were good, DON'T waste your time and money with them! With most other companies, you have a variety of plans you can be on, and lots of options to choose. With Sprint, your options are very limited. Either you get 300 texts, or unlimited. Either you get 450 minutes, or 900. I'm paying for way more than what I need because there are no in-between plans that would keep me covered from overages.

Customer service: JUST AS AWFUL! Like I said about my boyfriend's phone, they stopped carrying parts after only two years, basically forcing you to get a new phone. And when I wanted to switch from 450 minutes to the next highest plan, I got hung up on from their online chat, then got hung up on the phone before I FINALLY got someone who knew how to use a basic phone!

Overall: Yeah, their coverage is fine, but the headaches you'll get from them make it COMPLETELY NOT WORTH IT!

Can u put a verizon lg intuition on prepaid?

Not readily at present time, as no prepaid carrier that accepts Verizon phones for use accept 4G LTE devices.

There are ways around that, but I cannot recommend trying as the risk of bricking the device is quite high.

How would i unlock my verizon lg intuition too work with at&t or tmobile?

Sorry thats impossible. Your phone is CDMA device which means it doesnt use a sim card. You need a GSM phone that does use a sim card in order to unlock it and use it on either company. How ever your verizon phone can be flashed to metro pcs for around $60 and you can get everything working unlimited for $40 a month plan. Hope this helps.

I'd like to know if the LG intuition is gsm or cdma?

There's another question on here about this, but the answer seems incorrect since my phone has a removable sim card. But this person was saying all Verizon phones are cdma since they don't have sim cards. Hence, I'm confused.
