I don’t want to scare you but PCOS is a lifestyle problem.To loose weight you need to change your lifestyle. Eat healthy and workout. Loosing weight isn’t easy but it’s worth it.I did the following to loose weight:Started my day with a protien breakfast (protien shake or 2 boiled eggs)Had 30gms of nuts as mid morning snacks with green teaLunch consisted of 200gms of lean protein with 150gms of veggiesEvening snack consisted of one fruit with green teaDinner was 100gm of protien with equal amount of veggiesWorked out 5 times a week (heigh intensity workout)Walked on an average of 10000 steps dailyHow did I keep the weight off:Kept an account of what I am eating and tried to make healthy choicesI still workout a minimum of 3 times a week (strength train mixed with cardio)I know all this sounds difficult but convince your mind and your body will follow.You got this!Thanks for the A2A :)

How to keep weight off after losing it?

I lost a lot of weight in a really short time. I know thats not good but finally i am happy about my body! But how do i keep it off now? I really don't want to gain all the weight or even more back. Please i need serious help.

How to lose weight in 1 week?

Day 1:

Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed.

Day 2:

Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns.

You need to really take a look at yourself and what are you doing in your life to promote health. Nobody should be 'too busy' to take care of themselves. Take back dominion of your life and set your priorities straight. Exercise and eating right should be high in the list. If they are not, well, this is part of the problem. There are many examples of 'really busy' people that exercise and make good choices at the table and still have plenty of life (and health) to take care or the rest of their affairs. If you don't change life style, then you can go ahead engage in fad diets and the yo-yo weight losing scheme.
