How do you gain muscle mass without gaining belly fat?

There’s ONLY one way to build muscle WITHOUT belly fat and it’s probably something you DON’T want to hear. The only way to build muscle without the fat is to do it SLOW.There is a saying I’ve heard before that makes a lot of sense to me,“When you go FAST at anything (lose weight or build muscle) your body reacts.”“When you go SLOW (lose weight or build muscle) your body responds.”The idea is to go SLOW and not FAST because you want your body to respond positively not just react. To many people do these dirty bulking and extreme cut diets. This is just complete non sense. What this really says about someone is that they are not disciplined and have a poor relationship with food.Cyclical bulking is where it’s at.When you can bulk for a few weeks and then drop calories for a week you’ll make better progress and not put on to much fat.If you want a better way to gain muscle without the fat here are 10 PROVEN Methods For Drug Free Muscle Mass

Should I use a mass gainer to gain weight?

If your goal is to gain “weight” in the purest definition of this word (meaning - total weight) - sure, you can try.But if your goal is to gain lean weight (meaning - mostly muscle mass, which should, really, be anybody’s goal as it doesn’t make sense to gain body fat unless you are extremely malnourished) - mass gainers wouldn’t work very well. Most of them are choke-full of cheap simple carbs (different kinds of sugars). They would give you your calories, but not in the most efficient (or healthy) way possible.Properly gaining lean muscle weight is a long and tedious process. It doesn’t just come magically based on what specific supplement you select. It is a combination of several factors, proper nutrition being just one of them. Seemingly quick gain from mass gainers in what your scale shows comes from overall body mass gain (again, including fat, which you may or may not see immediately) - and almost always at the expense of overall health (including insulin sensitivity, ROS damage, etc.)You can get the same effect from whole foods - and even then, only if you need more energy (feeling sluggish, unable to exercise, lacking motivation - each of which, by the way, may have other reasons at the core). Just add more good quality carbs (a bit of white rice, sweet potato, etc.) - a little really goes a long way. You don’t need to consume buckets of questionable powder to gain muscle mass.
