How Would You Say Amaje

How would you say the name Alisa?

I would say it like Alyssa....uh liss suh...that's how the girl I knew with that name pronounced it.

How would you say these names?

I'd say them the same as you and the first one is right. I have a friend whose last name is Elias and it is pronounced just like ELI-AS

How would you say this?

I can answer this question really easily.

Which means seven repliers above me suck at English.

Real easy is colloquialism. The other two are correct, but usage varies. One is an adjective, the other is an adverb.

That was really easy to answer.
I answered it really easily.

What Would You Say About This Image ? ? (PIC)?

Its crap. It reminds me of those posters you get for really random and crap punk bands. Makes me think of a really cold and grey day when Im 6 yrs old going to a school I hate. Have no idea why, might be because I went to school in the Inner city and there were always loads of half torn down posters for bands and clubnights on my way to school. It just reminds me of dingy scummy things.
Its too cartoonish and looks unsophisiticated, even a bit retarded. I dont like a colour combination either and if its trying to be even slightly edgy it falls way short of a mark - upside down legs are not that.

How do you say 'body image' in spanish?

I wouldn't think that people over-analyze eating habits like that unless they are continually seeing an overweight person eat unhealthy food. I see overweight people pigging out all the time. I don't think about what they're eating, I just think maybe they should get more exercise. Everyone wants bacon and ice cream and crap food that's not good for you. I eat whatever I want (not whenever I want) and I consider myself healthy/skinny. I just ration my calories, like if I want something terrible like a pint of Ben & Jerry's I'll eat that as a meal or skip a meal. I walk around the parking lot and only take the stairs. I work 3rd shift and go to college full-time, so my meal times are really screwed up. I try to just eat one good meal a day and then snacks.

What is an omaj? omage? amage? o - mahj?

It is actually hommage - spelled differently from homage, and pronounced differently. It is used with reference to artistic works, where the artist pays an hommage to someone whose work influenced them. See the Wikipedia entry below which describes both homage and hommage.

EDIT
No, the H is silent, it's pronounced like you wrote it "an o-mahj." As Spidey said, the word homage is pronounced "homij."

Generally, (nani),e.g. 何を食べたいですか?(nani wo tabetai desu ka?) - what do you want to eat?But it’s also pronounced as nan in the following situations:e.g. 何の話?(nan no hanashi?)- what are you talking about? lit. story of what?e.g.2 これは何ですか (kore wa nan desu ka?) - what is this?e.g.3 今は、何時ですか?(ima wa, nan-ji desu ka?) - what time is it now?In certain phrases, it may translate to どう. typically meaning ‘how’e.g. 最近、どう?(saikin, dou?) - what’s up? lit. recent, how?e.g.2 どう思いますか?(dou omoimasu ka?) - what do you think?

Technically, both “three quarters of an inch” and “three fourths of an inch” are grammatically correct English, but in spoken and written English the conventional phraseology would in fact be “three quarter inch”, no matter what is being described - the main examples that come to mind would be a three quarter inch pipe fitting and corresponding spanner.
