I feel like I'm losing myself. I feel sad and empty all day and I feel so alone. What is wrong with me?

That's because you're not using your time properly .If you sit idle or keep scrolling your phone checking FB,insta etc, you'll surely feel those. In order to master good feelings you must continuosly and consistently :-Invest your time in improving yourself .Start working out .It will make you feel good about your body, give confidence and also good health .Spending time alone is necessary to know yourself better , don't see it from a negative prospective because some things you can only figure out when you're alone. (But if being alone is draining you're energy then you may be an extrovert .You should hangout with people to recharge )Always find something to do ,never sit idle doing nothing . Because you'll start overthinking of things which doesn't actually exist and never happen ,and you’ll attract anxiety.Always remember you can control your feelings with your attitude towards that problem . Don't take things personally ,act without expectations and don't rely on people's opinions. They don't care if you live or die so be yourself and never care what others think .By taking these steps you'll be able to master your mental strength and control emotions!.I hope it helped :)

Why am I always under constant fear of losing my boyfriend?

There are various factors that could be fueling this fear in you. It could be the fear of separation from a loved one or a lack of belief in oneself. While some of these could be related to childhood experiences or the sudden loss of a loved one, many of them are created by us due to feelings of insecurity and/or inferiority. In your case, as you have mentioned that your boyfriend has a nice personality and is attractive, while you consider yourself an average person in looks, it is quite likely that you are bogged down by feelings of both insecurity and inferiority. This is what is making you fearful. The moment you realize that love is not conditional, and a good partner would accept you the way you are, things would become better for you. Also, the fact that your relationship is going well shows that your boyfriend is not someone to whom looks matter. It is also important to address the feelings of insecurity and inferiority. You must learn to appreciate who you are and respect yourself with your strengths and weaknesses. You must also develop a strong sense of self and independence and overcome negativity towards yourself. What you must also understand is that being overly dependent on someone (which could be another reason behind your fear) would leave you shattered if your relationship ends tomorrow. So, it is best to live in the moment and build memories that you can cherish later.Remember, fear is immobilizing, love is energizing. We advise you to get rid of your fear as this would deter you from enjoying your relationship to the fullest. If your feeling of constant fear doesn’t go away in spite of all efforts put in by you, we advise you to seek professional help so that you don’t have to suffer for long. You could reach out to any certified specialist in your vicinity or could interact with our experts who have years of experience in the same. Whatever you choose, remember to not wait for too long to take a step since with time, not only can your thoughts affect your relationship, it can also distance you from other important people in your life.

Why do i feel so tired after losing my virginity?

Some people experience a lot of pain after losing their virginit. So much that "a lot" doesn't seem to cover it. When you loose your viriginty you break your hymen or "pop your cherry" so to speak. This is why most girl bleed and experience pain.

The smell however, could be a sign of a yeast infection or an infection of some sort. I highly doubt you would be able to tell you had and STD the day after having sex unless you have a wide definition of sex.

Sorry but I have to say it; go to your doctor.

Do girl always get attached to the guy they lose their virginity to?

It depends on how they lost their virginity. Were they drunk, were they raped, did they love the person they gave it to, was it a one night stand?

If the girl was in love with this boy, then yes she would become very attached. It's because your virginity should be special, and when you give it away to someone who you find special, you expect them to also treat you special therefore by being committed to each other. Commitment is attachment.

What is the feeling of losing someone who loved you so much?

Just like you said it: loss.Whether you loved that person back or not doesn't matter, but if you loved them too it's going to bring a couple more feelings with it: frustration, sadness and such. However if you didn't love them back you're still going to feel the loss- emptyness, most likely.Remember, losing someone who doesn't love you isn't a loss. Losing someone who loves you is a real loss.

How do I relieve the sad feeling of losing in a competition?

Recognize that losing is a part of the process, and not the final outcome. It is alright to be upset from time to time when the outcome we were hoping to achieve is not accomplished. This can be in competition, or developing a product for an outcome. Failing from time to time is not a final outcome, but instead a right of passage in life. There is always something that can be learned from winning and losing. I would argue we can learn much more from losing then we can from winning. The point is that you must approach it with a growth mindset vs. a victim mindset. When faced with depression in the wake of a loss, conside doing what i have always done. Take 5-10 minutes to feel sorry for yourself. It is your time, wallow in the misery of defeat. But! Once your 5-10 minutes is up, then leave it behind. accept that it is in the past and it no longer matters. Take action in the present, learn from the past, and change the future. Good luck and cheer up!
