I Am From India Thinking To Move In Florida How Do I Get Work Permit For Florida. I Am 19 Years

In FLORIDA, can I LEGALLY leave my guardians home at age 17?

I'm seventeen, and I'm tired of living with my parents. I feel that I've gotten everything out of living with my parents that I can possibly get, and now I want to leave. Just for your information, I'm 17, I'm an adult (I don't care what the U.S. government says about age of majority, I'm an adult.), and I'm more then confident that I could be entirely self supportive on my own. I've laid out my plan to them, moving out, getting a four room/ three bath apartment in a complex within TWO MILES of my parents house. I would be rooming with three of my best friends, and we would be splitting the rent four ways ($735 per. month/4 = $183.75 a month.) which is something that I could easily handle on my own, but they still say no, I can't be emancipated.

What I'm asking is, do I HAVE to be 18 to leave my parents behind, in Florida? Or can I leave at 17? Please don't just give me a yes or no answer. If you can, I would really like a link to the statute or law that says yes or no explicitly.
If the answer to the first question is NO, and if I were to just LEAVE (i.e. running away) to somewhere like Texas where I don't have to be 18 to be independent, could I be forced back to Florida and placed under my parents care?
One more question, do you have to be 18 to buy train tickets?

I know someone is going to chime in and say that I should love my parents (I do), and listen to them because I'm just a dumb kid (I'm not dumb or a kid), and I don't know what I'm talking about (I do), and hang on to them while I can (I'm going to be a two minute drive away)... Stow it. You don't know me or my situation. There is no violence, or abuse, or neglect. I am tired of being taken care of. I want to be self sufficient.
Remember, links are more valuable to me then a yes or a no!

Can a 16 year old work at a restaurant that serves alcohol in Texas?

Since you where looking for the actual law, here it is:

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CODE
Sec. 106.09. EMPLOYMENT OF MINORS. (a) Except as provided in Subsections (b), (c), and (e) of this section, no person may employ a person under 18 years of age to sell, prepare, serve, or otherwise handle liquor, or to assist in doing so.
(b) A holder of a wine only package store permit may employ a person 16 years old or older to work in any capacity.
(c) A holder of a permit or license providing for the on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages may employ a person under 18 years of age to work in any capacity other than the actual selling, preparing, or serving of alcoholic beverages.
(d) The fact that a person is 18, 19, or 20 years of age is not a ground for refusal of an original or renewal permit or license issued under Chapter 35 or 73 of this code, provided that such a person to whom a permit or license is issued may carry out the activities authorized by those chapters only while in the actual course and scope of the person's employment.
(e) The holder of a permit or license providing for the on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages who also holds a food and beverage certificate may employ a person under 18 years of age to work as a cashier for transactions involving the sale of alcoholic beverages if the alcoholic beverages are served by a person 18 years of age or older.

Im moving states at 19 alone, how to do it?!?

First of all you need to save a lot of money....a lot of money.
You would have to get an apartment ( pets allowed) before you applied for a job.
To get an apartment you would have to apply in person to various apartment complexes
That means you would have to stay in a hotel until you found one and they probably won't rent to you unless you have a job or pay the full amount for a lease..12 months up front.
Then you would have to go home and pack up, hire a moving van..more money.
Once you get to Az you would immediately have to start looking for work. I hope you have a car.
Once you get a job you can get your GED ( Nights)
After that you can apply to a school..probably a community college as ASU probably wouldn't accept you with a GED.
Good luck. I hope you make it.
