Who is "Zillow", are they "steering" the Real-Estate Market?

Thank you....the issue I have a real problem with, is the free advertising Zillow offers Real Estate agents, that appear next to my home's listing.

I did not authorize Zillow to list, show, or appraise my home based on their guidelines.
My agent uses Zillow to attract interested buyers, but these buyers are presented with Zillow's "Zestimate" long before they make any decision to even physically look at my property. The associated, illustrated graph, shows a market rise, or fall according to Zillow's Zestimation methods. Problem is, when I search for a home 3 blocks from my house, that graph has a different, and sometimes opposite direction!

Buyers will use the Zillow tool to denigrate a prospective purchase. In this marketplace, we all need the most accurate, and fair tools available, to assist buyer and seller both.

My efforts to find out WHO owns Zillow, or how to locate and actually speak to a representative, have gone unanswered.
This is what my questi

What is a sole proprietorship? What are the disadvantages of owning a sole proprietorship?

Sole Proprietorship: – Run by a single person and generally employed in traditional businesses. It is more of a one-man-show which is not scalable beyond a certain point. Furthermore, there is no statute or law governing its registration and functioning. It is suitable for small-medium scale business.Unlimited LiabilityIf a loss is incurred and the proprietor is unable to recover it, the personal assets are pulled into the matter.Separate Legal EntityThe Proprietor is not considered a distinct entity from the business being carried out. Therefore, it cannot buy/sell property, enter into contracts, sue or be sued upon its own name.Perpetual SuccessionThe death, insanity, incapacity, or insolvency of the Proprietor would result in the dissolving of the Proprietorship.Raising funds and Issuing ESOP’sAngels, Seed Funds or Venture Capitalists only fund a Private Limited. ESOP’s are issued only by Private Limited Companies. On the other hand, Sole Proprietorship is tax friendly (comparatively), has minimal compliance and no formal registration process to be carried out.

Can I "NOT" put a previous job on an application?

I got let go from my last job for testing positive for marijuana on a random drug test. On applications, it asks for your previous work experience, starting with your most recent job. I've had two jobs, and I'd like to not have to put the one that I was fired from down on the application. I can just tell them that I haven't had a job in the past year or two because I have been focusing on school. I guess my question is, can I NOT put my last job on the application, and basically pretend that it never happened? Is that okay or even legal? Serious answers, only if you KNOW the answer please. Thanks
