Have this money go into an account. Then, whoever needs to be paid (coaches, administrators, referees, etc.) are put into a calendar and a secure algorithm pays them based on when hey played or needed payment, all online and securely authenticated. All of this is watched over by a 3rd party accounting team of multiple people, and someone else pays them, not the algorithm.I played on a soccer team and to pay to play in my league, you gave all the money to the coach and hey handled it. Not to mention after the coach gets it and gives it to he league what happens to the money. This solution will help get rid of some of these variables, and it would be a great B2B product for someone to create.There of course are different methods to protect against embezzlement like multiple signatures, but they don't take away all of the variables. An K line system liked this watched over by a different group is much more secure and has a lot of benefits. Not only could sports groups use this, but scouts, clubs, and other extracurricular as well. This would be a great startup in my opinion and save a lot of headaches for he “treasurer” of certain institutions.
