Many times when people are obsessed with their looks they suffer from an eating disorder. Is this you? If so, get help. If not, you could try making yourself do something other than getting up to go to the mirror....read or watch TV, go outside, call a friend. Use your mirror in the morning and then shut the door and don't go look in the mirror until night time when you go to brush your teeth. Hide mirrors in your house or cover them up and train yourself to act in a new way.
Can some animals (like cats and dogs) sense paranormal activity (like spirits)?
I may not exactly answer your question, but I would like to tell one incident which I have witnessed and unexplainable.It happened at least 10yrs ago. I was waiting for my cab and 10 minutes early to my pickup point beside me there was one street dog. It was sleeping /resting.. I didn't give any attention to it. I was able to have a look at least more than 200 mtrs distance to check whether my cab is coming.. Due to little downwards of road, there was a good view from where I was standing.. Then something unexplainable happened..The dog beside me which was resting stood up and started barking towards road turning little right side. I was checking why it is barking, I didn't find any reason, there was no other dog, beggar or unusual things to bark at and the dog face was pointed at the road end… Then I checked what unusual in the road end, any dog traps van ( it was common those days) but nothing even at far distance I was able to see no such vehicles I was totally confused.. It didn't stop barking…Then…After 2 minutes I found one vehicle coming at far distance of the road, but still I couldn't find what was it since it was too far.. The vehicle came close to us in the road.then only I realized that it was a van with dead body.. ( what you call can't remember) as the vehicle passed the dog position also changed it was barking at that vehicle it turned completely looking at that vehicle.. I was SHOCKED…how this dog able to predict the vehicle so early which was not even able to see at the fog end of the road which was not even was there in the road.. It was barking at it.. Couple of minutes even before that vehicle in the scene.. At fog end of the road. I witnessed some unexplainable and I never forget this incident and the power of dogs.and for your clarification once the vehicle left it again stopped howling and rested..I said everyone in my family about it.If someone can explain me, I welcome you.Thanks.EDIT : I can say HOWLING instead of barking ( I am not that good at English)
Why do people think that uncircumcised penises are "gross"?
I recently answered a question on here about uncircumcised penises and oral sex. One of the answers wrote that they were gross! I understand there are personal preferences and circumcision is common so it is just what they are used too, but that woman was really rude. Why can't women stop being so insulting towards men's bodies like that? She probably wouldn't like someone calling her vulva gross! I know some people think that they are cleaner and less likely to get infected with an STD, but that is now being questioned. I will admit, I have no experience, but I can still appreciate the human form and I know that there is a reason why foreskin is there. I know this sounds odd, but I think penises are beautiful and I like to look at them when I watch porn. I just have never had a real life experience. P.S. I don't care about whether or not a man is circumcised. I am sure there are pro's and con's to both. I know I am a woman and I shouldn't really care, but I hate it when people are made fun of for something they cannot control. Am i possessed by an evil entity?
I honestly think im possesed and its somewhat scary, heres why: *I have sudden mood swings, its like im two different people. person 1: caring, loving talkative, nice, focused. person 2: obssesion of fame, and power, highly irratable, does not converse, incoherant, gets distracted easily, extremly selfish, cusses without realizing it, i do whatever i want without worrying about consequences, no fear of death, sudden hate for authority(like when i got caught by cops for smoking weed, i just burst out laughing at them), and abnormal body movment and facial expression. people tell me im the most abnormal person At night i sometimes wake up hearing random objects fall on the ground beyond my reach my religous beliefs shift on a daily basis, sometimes i seek satan in order for fame and fortune and obsessed with free will, and then later im scared and praying to jesus for forgivness.
When a Christ centered marriage places the man in the headship?
If you take the Bible literally as some claim to do, then a marriage between a man and a woman should be based on the man being the head and leader. This would mean that the woman would have to submit to his decisions. Of course as with lots of other scriptural topics, many "literalists" do not pay attention to the verses in the Bible which call for this sort of partnership in marriage. (But don't dare say they "pick and choose"!) The reality for those strong enough in faith to admit it is that we have evolved on many issues and we do not do precisely as the Bible commanded or suggested. Slavery is a prime example. Most people have also evolved in their concept of the way in which a marriage should work, although admittedly not as many men have evolved their beliefs on this as women. I would say that most people in America view marriage today as more of an equal partnership in which both parties have an equal say and both parties contribute to the child rearing efforts. In practice, it's not always equal, of course, but our concepts and thoughts on equality are moving in the right direction. I feel equality would make a marriage better, because both human beings were created by God and both should have equal say and give equally to the best of their abilities for the success of the overall partnership.

How do you tell If a topic is an autism special interest?
It’s worth nothing that’s anyone can have a special interest, if a neurotypical child spends a couple of hours a day playing with train sets nobody will think anything of it whereas if an autistic child does it then all of a sudden words like obsession and fixation get tossed around.It’s also worth pointing out the importance of a special interest, For me it’s computers (specifically building and repairing them) and video games. At any given moment there can be so many different things going around in my head but when I sit down and immerse myself in Rainbow Six or Goldeneye (if I’m feeling old school) I can shut all the other stuff out and it’s calming, therapeutic even. Too often children are dragged away from their special interests because people say obsession is a bad thing - but if the child isn’t doing any actual harm then it should be encouraged, because if you show an interest in their interest then all of a sudden you’ll find a way into their world and let me tell you - my own little world as a child was pretty damn lonely - I wish my parents or peers had tried to enter it….So what defines a special interest??According to the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for Asperger’s Syndrome, having an “encompassing preoccupation with one or more stereotyped and restricted patterns of interest that is abnormal either in intensity or focus” is a core symptom of AS.Theres no definitive list out there that you can look at and pick off special interests from, I mean in my case their are loads of people who are interested in computers and would tinker with them for a hobby.The difference isn’t even about the amount of time spent chasing after the interest, It’s the depth, for me as a child taking apart my computer and putting it back together wasn’t enough, I had to find out more and more, read every piece of literature I could find, as a 15 year old I completed the third year coursework for a university student all by myself because everybody knew that I had this great knowledge - and naturally I jumped at then chance to take on a project that would challenge me…I guess if I wanted to explain it in a simplier way I could look at sports. Playing football with friends or joining a local team - that’s a hobby.
