As per Contract act in India, such bonds are not enforceable, since they are considered in restraint of trade.In the past, many employees have violated such bonds and in such cases, companies have resorted to different means:Allow the employee to go, take no action - In this situation, you lose nothing, the company will discharge you.Allow the employee to go, hold his Salary - In this situation, they will not pay your full and final settlement salary. Probably you will lose gratuity, leave encashments etc. and your unpaid salary.Restrict the employee from going, sue the employee - In this case, the company will go to the court. It will be a very lengthy procedure. According to the past cases, the company will have to prove that due to your layoff, the company is bearing direct costs. Further, the courts would rule in favour of a company only if the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement are reasonable. Having a penalty clause in the agreement makes it unenforceable since it is not a reasonable term. So generally the company will be able to recover training costs only. This option is exercised only when the employee is very highly resourceful or employee is at a high ranked position.Recommendation:In maximum cases, Option B takes place. How long does L'Oreal Feria hair color last?
I am coloring my hair for the first time and found a shade I love. Hi-lift Cool Brown in the Feria brand if that matters for length. I noticed the box says permanent and does not have a number of supposed shampoos that the color will last. So do I take this to mean I will have to grow the color out??? It is very much lighter than my natural color so it will be very noticeable if this is the case and I will not use the color if true. However, I have noticed on other boxes most say permanent (I have only find one brand that lists the number of shampoos before washout). So will this color wash out over time, or will I have to grow it out? And please only respond if you have experience with this brand...I really don't want to go off of what someone says who doesn't honestly know. Thanks

38yrs old is too old for a lot of women to get pregnant, however not for you. Fertility is highly dependent on the individual. Your levels, they are pretty good. an FSH level over 10 indicates the ovaries are starting to fail. your 8 is fine. your AMH (follicle reserve) is in the satisfactory-optimal range @ 4 and the LH is within range too. I think its 5-20 Edit: http://www.drmalpani.com/amh.htm I assumed your AMH level was ng/mL and therefore a good level, but since its PMOl/L its low fertility but there are a lot of factors. One, your ovaries aren't failing, if they were your FSH would be 10-12. 2: its not looking likely to me that you have PCOD (Poly cystic ovarian disease) because if you did, then your AMH would be high. It is true that a high LH/FSH ratio does point to PCOS, but don't think so in your case. What it means: it means that you have a smaller number of eggs left, when eggs diminish in number, the quality of them is poorer. Because of the PMOl/L number being low, it means you are a poor candidate for IVF. What I would suggest is OI (ovulation induction) with injectables, and a trigger shot, and AI (artificial insemination). I have PCOS, and have been thru a reproductive endocrinologist for fertility treatment myself. 3 months isn't long to try. I would consult a reproductive endocrinologist if you haven't already. and if the above doctor is one, I think his bedside manner is poor and I would suggest a second opinion. I do know women with more complications including low egg reserve, and advanced age that did conceive and have a baby with treatment by a specialist, so all hope isn't lost, and he/she shouldn't have made you feel that way. There is a lot of positives in your results.
